A very nice and interesting art center in the city center of Bangkok, if you have the chance, go and visit, it's free entry

Always a pleasure waking around here. Nice collections, very open character and some nice shops there as well.

I've visited this year and last year. Always clean, fun, ever-changing, interesting and there's plenty of hipster art cafés and gift shops.

Welcome to the MOMA of Thailand. Unbelievable that there still has the place that GIVE you the knowledge and enjoyable of art for free among those places that try to GET money out of your pocket as much as posible! For those from the developed countries we already know your art and cultures very well. It's time for you to learn about us through our art. Just walk across the street, this place always welcome everyone who love art, no matter who you are.

This place was awesome! The little shops, art all around, giant sculpture outside, the colorful skyways!

Very nice, it was the first time seeing art displayed by humans itself, I've been to New York, California and never seen arts displayed by humans their self. Definitely worth check it out and it's free too! Gotta appreciate the effort they put into it for the public.

The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre is in the middle of Bangkok. When passing through the city I always try to visit. Entry is Free. I love how this museum gives opportunities to emerging artists to display their work. I love the photography exhibitions here.

The market is improving day by day. From clothes (New n old) to car parts. Lots of food stalls, thai and Western. But the most popular seems to be BBQ hot plate. Buffet range from 199baht to 299baht.

Very nice centre not only to discover art and culture through exhibitions but through directly buying from local artists from the kiosks scattered all around. You can also eat and drink and different outlets in the different floors of the centre. The ground floor have a very nice Thai specialty coffee for coffee lovers. The second floor have a small restaurant with very delicious food and cheap price. This is a seriously weak city gallery. I'd expect a mega city like Bangkok to have some really provocative exhibitions in this space but instead find something that feels like a vanity project. The building is reminiscent of the Guggenheim in New York with the long corkscrewing ramps around a large open space. But where the Guggenheim has art on every level and antechamber galleries hanging off it, this gallery just leads you up to two large rooms at the top. When I went there was some stuff shot on a mobile phone, a mismatched photo collection and a very obtuse collection of writings that honoured other South East Asian countries. There was one nice exhibit called perspectives which had some playful photos in it. I left with the impression that for the size of the gallery & its importance in the city it should have been something much, much better. This place is a great place to spend relaxing, drinking coffee, looking at art and maybe shopping for a bit. The first floor is where the good coffee shops are that serve a nice pour over coffee, while the top floors have nice art exhibitions, and the middle floors have some art shops mixed in between some small art exhibitions. I would definitely recommend this place if you live in the city, or are just visiting looking for something nice to do.

Great place to spend a hot afternoon: good exhibitions spread across six floors, quirky cafes and tea rooms, and a lovely BACC souvenir shop on the top floor with unique (though not cheap, rather medium priced) things to buy.

Exhibitions are typically 5th floor and up. I visited during an art and cultural festival so the exhibitions were MAGICAL

A great society isn't one in which people can afford to buy art, it's a one in which they don't have to. Bangkok raising the bar again. What a beautiful building, like a cathedral for Thai culture, art and intellect. Rich coffee on the ground floor, pottery and hearty noodles on the second, handy crafts abound and spiralling up to the top are an abundance of local, regional and international art installations. This is a Visit-Bangkok must.

Enjoyed the local art display and the bustling feel of the place. There is a great drip coffee gallery cafe on the ground floor!
