Most of the Balenciaga branches are messed up. I don’t know why but their service is horrible, rude and impatient staff. Called customer care in Singapore and they assured everything will be ok but again, all same. If you know what you are going to buy then walk in straight and buy them and get out. Don’t expect greetings.
To be honest, Adidas has way better service. Shame for Balenciaga.
