The service I chose here was a traditional Thai massage. The whole process was pretty good. Every part was pressed in place and the stretching was quite strong. Overall, I don’t think it was bad.

If you live nearby next time, you will probably come here for a massage. It is not far from the MRT station. Living near the MRT station is quite close to here. It is a good choice and worth experiencing.

Came here last week because of the good reviews and did not disappoint! Went in for a back/shoulder massage buuuut after a few minutes I felt cramping in the lower back which has happened before with other massages. I let my masseuse know and after a bit of her feeling the area she found the source. I was actually very tight in the but/hip area which was causing my issues. She worked on that first and omg it was the best massage ever!

First experience of a Thai massage we did the full body and my god happiness! The massagers adapt to each body according to the needs, truly happiness, we recommend 1000%!

Google, I went there on purpose after seeing that the blog review was good, but it's not as good as I thought. I was worried that. Scalp massage is just rubbing hair! It feels like there is no professionalism, but I feel that the price is expensive compared to that, so I don't think I will go there next time.

Rehabilitating and relaxing at its best

I’ve been a customer for about 12 years. I have long visits to Bangkok, usually several months in length, and Bai Po massage is a daily ritual. At 72, I have more than my fair share of physical issues and my trip to Bangkok is almost a pilgrimage for my health.

When doing a massage I always have extended durations of four hours in length. A Traditional Thai Massage over 4 hours is transformational - joints, muscles and circulation are switched on with amazing results. Learning to meditate, focused breathing with each movement, puts the mind in a state of bliss as well as mitigates some pain that comes with stretching your limits. This is a twice a week routine.

A 4 hour thai oil massage is the grand champion for relaxation. This is my remedy for jet lag and is very helpful for many of my physical challenges. The is not a Swedish rubdown, rather a very therapeutic massage by a highly trained therapist that understand anatomy at the finest detailed level. I do this 4 days a week.

The Thai Herbal Ball massage (2 hours) combined with an oil massage (2 hours) all preceded by a 30 minute herbal steam is pure heaven. The herbal ball is a physically challenging massage to perform because it requires significant work by the therapist. I do this once a week.

The final routine treatment is a 30 minute steam followed by a full body scrub (1 hour) and an oil massage 3 hours) leaves you as limp as a rice noodle. Your skin is baby soft and every muscle is on holiday.

On some occasions I drop in during the mornings and have a foot massage (2 hours). This is a great way to start the day. I’m relaxed for the entire day and my severely arthritic feet feel absolutely amazing - a rare treat.

With all of this it is important to note that the therapists are all trained at Wat Po Traditional School of Medicine and go through rigorous training in the shop before they touch a customer. They are all good and masters at their craft. I’d suggest asking the owner who is often standing by for a therapist recommendation for your specific needs. He knows the capability and skill level of every therapist in he shop.

Bottomline - go to Bai Po and have a massage. If budget permits make your massage at least 2 hours. Longer durations allow the therapist to take their time and truly address your needs.

Both my husband and I had the massage, it was so average 3/10. The lady was busy with the ac machine more. Very average. Disappointing, I so wanted it to it to good. Not worth the money.

I went for a foot massage and a manicure. Staff did not seem to understand and insisted in a package, including pedicure (which was really unnecessary, as I had one done a week ago!). The foot massage was very good.unfortunately, the manicure was done by a lady, who clearly had sight problems. I kept telling her to be careful, but she kept going as if she was plowing a field! No relaxation at all. After two fingers bleeding, I stopped her and I was given a different lady. She did a sterling job and that is the reason for the two stars. I was not even offered a rebate for the bleeding fingers. A mere sorry, did the job for them.
P. S. The first lady went to another customer.it did not last long until I could hear the customer complaining about her "plowing" skills!

WORST MASSAGE EVER! They hurt my neck and back. I was asking them to be softer and they didn’t listen. Also they made me pay one hour and it was only 45min. Don’t recommend it at all.

Reliable foot massage place with staff that have been properly trained. Slightly higher prices than many of the other places, but the quality of the staff and their skill more than makes up for the extra 50 baht. Facilities can be crowded which is a drawback as this place does get busy from time to time. Worth a trip as it is a better experience than the usual foot massage places. (Note; I have only used this place for foot massage and cannot comment on their other massage services). Leave a tip for your masseur.
