The entire hotel is a 10. Large rooms in perfect condition.
The location is excellent and the staff is second to none.

I recommend it 100% to everyone who visits Bangkok.

I really really liked it its so cozy & comfy and the staff are so friendly and kind I would definitely book on it again in the future!

Giving four stars as we booked a double room but got a twin room instead. There seemed to be a miscommunication as we were asked if we wanted to be “upgraded” to a twin room. We asked if there was gonna be two single beds, the staff told us just “no, just 1 bed”. Unsure if this was an event caused by language barrier.

The room itself was clean, with comfortable enough beds, good working aircon, cute sofa. Nothing spacious. Location is okay, no street food market within walking distance. Nice looking swimming pool.

It does not deserve any star. A place full of insects and sticks in abundance. There is a smell and tightness. The rooms are very small. It does not look like the pictures except in colors only. The beds are uncomfortable and there is a smell that causes itching in the body.
It is not suitable for families, especially Gulf Arabs

I stayed here for just over a month. It's a good place run by a family. Rooms are pretty good. There's a good pool also. Very convenient MRT location and night market three nights a week next door with good food. Great value.

ห้องนอนไม่สบายค่ะ เตียงอยู่ด้านนี้ แต่ติดแอร์ส่องไปหาซิ่งล้างจานนอนร้อนทั้งคืน ลูกร้องงอแงไม่ได้นอนดีเพราะร้อน จนต้องเอาเก้าอี้มานอนส่องแอร์ ด้านล่างก็เหม็นมาก ใกล้ๆ สระน้ำ ไม่รู้เหม็นน้ำหรือเหม็นอะไร รวมๆ แล้ว ไม่ประทับใจค่ะ (เช่าแบบสองห้องนะคะ อีกห้องคือดีค่ะ แต่ห้องที่เรานอนแย่) อ่ออีกอย่างไวไฟ โครตช้าค่ะ โทรศัพท์ว่าไม่มีสัญญาณแล้ว เน็ตยังไวกว่าไวไฟ

Very good large rooms, nice private hotel with a nice clean pool. Good facilities, such as restaurants and clothes washing. Quiet area.

Main drawback is the distance from the train. It is not that bad since a shuttle service is available, but still takes a significant amount of time to get to the city center. Also had some trouble with the hot water.

Better than expectation. The place is totally clean and peaceful. The room is wide and even got a nice view. The owner is polite and meticulous. So impressed!

I initially booked this condo-hotel as a temporary place until a find a permanent apartment in Bangkok, but I really loved the atmosphere so I ended up staying for a long time! I really recommend this place. Nearby the transport, grocery and 711, there is a local market right next to it every Sun, Wed and Fri and people who run the business are like family. Swimming pool is nice and cozy and it's affordable too.

Exceptionally clean and modern condo/hotel with a lovely pool. Next to night market with great deals.

Our last nights in Thailand we stayed at Baan Tanwa and this family business was just the loveliest. Beautiful location close to the huge Chatuchak Weekend Market, some local food markets close by, really comfy room and the sweetest people! It is only 26 aud a night (we did a walk in) for a superieur double room.
We stayed in Bangkok often and did not find many places definitely recommend this place!

Beautifully managed property. Stayed with family and no hassles. Their staff is very courteous. Basic coffee and breakfast (bread and butter) are available. Pool is nice and very clean. The owner is very welcoming and readily provided microwave in our room upon request. They have cloth washing machines available on ground floor in case anyone needs it. Worth mentioning that its walking distance from MRT and 7 Eleven.

Reasonable price.nice room condition with a lot of services available. Location is bit unconfy but Grab (the cap service) is well-set so I never felt any problems.

Nice little condo-style hotel very close to Rapadachisek station. Decent value but about 30+ minutes away from the heart of the city. The owners were really nice and there's a great little local market next door. Bed was not comfortable though.

Great stay. Hostess and receptionists are really nice. Close enough to mrt (about 5 min walk) and the room is very cozy.
