Been staying here for more than a year now! Convenient location in sathorn, i love our morning jogs at Lumphini park, management so easy to talk to for repairs and fixing. We glad we stayed longer.

Great location and very convenient to embassies, transport such as BTS and Lumpini. Rooms comfortable and spacious. There are lots of eating options nearby. This hotel is great value given its central location. But parking is limited and no pool.

Since 2013 we started always here our trip when we were going to Thailand.because of the location and the spacious rooms.also booked a room room for april 2020.but we could not enter the country do to covid. Lost 500 eur by this because the booking was non refundable.

I stayed here more then 50 nights in total, but no response or compensation.

So this was the last time that we stayed there, will look for an other accommodation in future near Lumphini.

I wonder how this kind of a horrible place could even have 3 stars, as it is old, loud and rude.
The rooms are completely out of date, broken and nobody cares.
Somebody who would stay longer here I only could warn to check it out first.

This hotel was recommended to me by Alisa from TRSC (Lasik). My husband and I spent 1 week in the executive suite and we enjoyed our stay here so much we are planning a return trip soon. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to see all three room types and they are all very nice and have good layouts. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our every need. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood plus there were great cafes, street food, and a 7-11 on our street. The hotel was quiet and close to the park. We used the MRT and walked everywhere and it was very easy to get around. Only 10-15 minutes walk to Silom Complex (mall) with a Top's Market and many restaurants, and also about 10 minutes to walk to MRT.

Due to the pandemic situation, there's no way to book flight or to enter in Thailand as tourists, we tried to contact booking.com who assisted us to communicate with the hotel for postpone the date but they don't respond. We tried also to contact the hotel directly and they don't reply either.

Therefore we just threw away more than 500usd to their pocket without any accomodation! Good job Baan K, earn money from customers without any service!

If you might need a service during the restriction of pandemic period, don't even consider this hotel.

They will just take your money without any help or service. What a thief!

Nice, helpful staff and a comfortable room with everything I needed. The place was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, die jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig, aber bei dem Preis kann man auch nicht mehr erwarten. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Got the studio room. Quiet street and clean room. Good walking distance to MRT and Lumpini park.

I’ve stayed here for 4 months for a short term assignment and enjoyed my stay. Most of amenities required for a comfortable stay are provided. Rooms are spacious as I was placed in 80sqm room which was comfortable. Room service was provided 6 days per week and the team have kept my unit well kept kept. There some issues with the hot water heater which were resolved fairly quickly and the fact they have a person at reception 24/7 proved to be handy. There is no washing machine in the room but a common area which is coin operated.

I would recommend you consider staying here if your place you need to go is located within close proximity or a longer stay. Even though you are located to the BTS and MRT they are not that near. Also if you are taking the train you will likely need to cross lines which will land up taking more time. As a tourist time is limited this you might want to stay closer to your intended attractions. Taking Grab will alleviate some logistic issues however with the infamous bkk traffic this might not be the best option during peak periods. A perk of being off the main attractions is some much needed peace and quiet at the end of the day.

In terms of groceries you can either walk to Silom Complex or take a Grab to a supermarket that catches your fancy. Lumphini park is nearby for a jog and there are decent food options although you will likely land up going further.

This place is really suitable for extended stays and you will be well cared for.

Really nice aparthotel, very central to the areas around Silom and Lomphini park. Very clean and the staff are really helpful.

Great location close to Lumphini Park if you want to have a walk or jog. There is supposedly a free tuk tuk ride to BRT or MRT, but we always walked. We had the apartment which is huge with a nice walk in wardrobe. The only negatives were the street noise, maybe not to be avoided in Bangkok. Some spotty hot water. We found the staff very helpful and felt the property was a good value.

Good central location, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast optional. Laundry with coin operated machines. Staff have change.

Great location. Nice staff. The rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms and include all the amenities. Would have been better if the the rooms had better sound proofing. The bike noise from the nearby street can get a bit annoying specially at night.

Very good, small hotel with serviced apartments. Close to Lumpini MTR and Salad Daeng BTS. Very clean and quiet.

I stayed for nearly 2 months whilst basing myself in Bangkok for study. My one bedroom apartment was cleaned and serviced daily and all the staff from housekeeping through to desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Close walking distance to everything you could possible need including BTS/Metro, restaurants, street food, massage, Starbucks etc. The included breakfast was decent and there is a complimentary tuk tuk to take you around to local shopping etc though I was easily able to walk as everything is so close. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and clean apartment to stay. A reasonable price. Near Lumpini park and MRT Lumpini. Room is clean.
