Terrible customer service, maid was over 40 minutes late. When I called about it no help was given they consistently hung up in my face several times first and last time using this service extremely unprofessional

Dont use their service. Dont be fooled by all good ads on their fb page. I got a Burmese nanny which initially was good. She got along with my son well and she is clean. After 2 weeks, she suddenly quit and left on that day she told me. With the reason that she likes to have her own private room and less rule. During interview, I told all these conditions already that she has to share the bedroom with me and my kid, and no cell phone when she is with my kid. She said she was ok with this. Then Ayasan took days to send me new nanny profile, and didn’t really follow up with me about the replacement. I had to be the one who followed up with them. I paid 6600thb for 6 months Guanrantee but this is such a waste of money!

Amazing company! It's good service. I called 2 hours maid and my house is so clean now. I will call again next time. Love it!

Useless company! They asked me to fill in their form twice and don’t answer queries. You have to chase them all the time.

Very poor customer service. Sometimes no response even after booking. Maids are mostly from Myanmar and some of the maids are not professional. The only positive point is the Service is less priced than rest of the providers.

Do not use this company, a con company. Last time, one of the maids stole money while we were out.
They just introduce you so called maids for your payment for showing up for an interview. Another one left after one day and asked for a taxi fare.

Warning tourists and expatriates
Worst company ever for booking nannies.
Most of the good reviews are fake written by the company staff themselves to fool foreigners.
Office staff is rude and uncooperative.
Agency takes half of the money from poor nannies, technically we are paying double.

Unpleasant and unacceptable behavior of the maid, the agency doesn’t provide any support so far

This service have a 6 Month contract that they will find 3 maids within that. We had used this service where the maid quits the exact day the contract ends. So we have to pay again to ayasan to find another one. I think its very bad service.

หลังจ่าย เงินไปแล้ว ทำงานไม่นานพี่เลี้ยงยกเลิกสัญญาไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า แจ้งทางศูนย์แล้ว ก็ไม่ได้ Active หาพี่เลี้ยงมาให้เพิ่ม ทั้งที่อยู่ในระยะประกัน 6 เดือน

ใครจ่ายเงินแล้วนี่ทำใจได้เลย หมดประโยชน์แล้วล่ะ

If there is any option to give zero star, I won't hesitate!

I've scheduled a maid to clean the apartment today at 1.00pm, and nobody has come!

And guess what!? Nobody receive the calls neither replying fb chat.

I've akready asked them if there is any maid 3 days ago and they agree to do the job.

Failed with Customer Services and failed to deliver!

Used this service to hire part-time maid. Very professional service and responds to emails quickly. Went into office and interviewed 3 maids and chose one after interviews were finished. Signed contract. Very quick and efficient. Contact to hiring 1 week. Maid starts today so hopefully she is a keeper.
