45Almost impossible to get to in Bangkok traffic. Took over 1-1/2 hours to fuel the car (500m away) and return to Avis. No grace period for Bangkok traffic. They charged me an extra day’s rental because I refueled the car. And then to top it off, they tried to blame me for scratches on the bumper, which were there when I rented it. Only reason I wasn’t charged is I made a full video of the car when I rented. Avis is a racket, and I won’t use again.
Wish I read the reviews before using the service - absolutely terrible experience and will not come back again. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager (Kenika) was even ruder than the ground staff. Such a disappointment when you thought you’re in the land of smile, I felt the complete opposite in this Avis store. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Car battery died in the middle of the trip. Call the rental shop and they replied someone will call back. Someone did call but failed to give us clear solution and what to expect. The problem was solved after 2 hours with a guy from Cockpit changed the battery, thumbs up to them. Communication from Avis rental shop could have been a lot better from the start. The lady at Avis call center has been a lot more helpful. But still thanks Avis to make the car work again. We can continue our journey
Very good service in the AVIS style, and staff helped and satisfied all my needs and requirements. Maybe fleet's cars have excessive mileage. But the Suzuki car model I got was very comfortable.
Downtown location good, even if far from my place in Krungthonburi (compared to previous Satorn office) but easy to reach by BTS at Asok station just two steps away opposite Terminal21 beside West in hotel.
Servizio molto buono in stile AVIS ed il personale mi ha aiutato molto nel soddisfare le mie richieste. Forse la flotta ha un chilometraggio eccessivo. Ma il modello Suzuki assegnatomi si è rivelato molto comodo.
Il banco in città si è rivelato buono (rispetto a quello precedente ora chiuso in Sathorn) perché nonostante sia lontano dalla mia abitazione in Krungthonburi è stato comunque più facile raggiungerlo con la Metro BTS stazione di Asok a due passi essendo l'ufficio nella soi 19 davanti al Terminal21 e di lato al Westin hotel.

Avoid at all cost. Worst customer service, completely incompetent employees. I've seen toddlers with more brain power than the adults working in this place.
If you booked the car on line, the car will be ready. The car was smelly, should have done a better job than that
Never EVER try renting in this company again! We rented 3 days and paid on website then the time we pick up the car from the company they do not want to give us the car because our credit card is not working. Staff are rude and never want to give you help. Never want to give a helpful solution. We try to get our refund and both website and the car company are pointing fingers! We never get our refund! And our time and trip and totally turn into chaos as easy as that!
This is unlike any other Avis location I have visited elsewhere. The service staff on the day I rented the car was grumpy and unhelpful. The car I got was quite old and had run around 118,000km already. Besides it had no Bluetooth, aux cable and the interiors felt rundown. Though the car ran and served me well, I am sure there are far better cars available for rental elsewhere. Pricing is also on the higher side which I wouldn’t mind provided the car provided was good which it wasn’t.

Service could be better, cars in better condition but it's quite descent for the price they ask
I reserved a car here online, but when I went to pick it up they had no history of the reservation. My credit card card was charged online anyway. I had to call my bank to arrange a chargeback. Received no apology from the agency. Staff appeared not to care at all about my being left without a car and no refund.
Will never use Avis Thailand again.
Worst Avis dealership I’ve experienced. I was renting for long-term. First car they gave me was missing a sun shade so I returned to change it.
They told me I had to drive to the airport to change the car - fuel and water of time at my expense.
The 2nd car I got had a battery that died a few months later and a tire constantly losing pressure.
When I asked to change for another car, they told me I had to pay 4,200 bahts for a new tire, which is ridiculous since it’s been due to replace before I got the car.
I think the employees are doing their best but it’s a bad customer experience. Will avoid Avis in the future!
Very disappointing overall, I rented a Toyota Fortuner for a few days. Not cheap either at 1,350 per day. Found out the screen amd Bluetooth was not working because I was told the previous customer had stolen the sd card so they had switched off the units. Meaning no connection or charging available, also no music or anything. I asked if an sd card could be added amd it was refused. Had no choice but to reluctantly take the car as the only option and no time.
Returned the car with a full tank having just gone to the caltex 2 minutes down the road, I noticed the fuel gauge didn’t move. I explained this when returning including showing the fresh receipt. Service guy tried to get the gauge working, but office staff resumed to sign off the car and insisted we wait for them to resolve the problem. The gauge was finally fixed and the staff was very grumpy afterwards and refused to talk. Allowed me to sign off and finally leave. I won’t be going back.
Just the worse, most complicated, malfunctioning website you can imagine. Totally useless. Who on Earth designed this?
I booked twice from their Bangkok Downtown branch and both the times I had very bad experience. The staff is so rude. They charge more than what they show on website. And not ready to explain anything.
