Grand Mercure Atrium is a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff are very helpful and polite. I loved my stay and will return again. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

Very satisfied with the price/quality match. Location is good, not far from Makkasan airport link station and Asoke MRT. The only complain was that the room had a mild humidity smell.

My first time in Bangkok, and all I can say is.what an experience. Had a brilliant time, the people are so friendly and helpful. Being the most visited place in the world, I can understand why, it's a place that never goes to sleep. If you're street wise, it's also very cheap if you stay away from the vendor's that loiter all the main hotels. There are tours available within the hotels, and it's a lot cheaper staying with them. Traveling around Bangkok can also be cheap if you use either the Sky train or river taxis, which can take you anywhere in Bangkok. Tuk Tuks are also available, which are a lot quicker and cheaper than the normal taxis, which are slower because of the traffic.

Is right in the middle of town so you're going to have some traffic getting there it has his own parking space nice Big Easy very luxurious Hotel very nice a little bit expensive in the food site but a great View

The staff are all very nice and friendly especially the supervisor named Sun, she is so attentive. Looks are clean and cosy. I gotten myself the Corner King Size Room. Big spacious toilet and bath tub with a separate shower.

Order the Benihana Bento delivered to my birthday friend in Bangkok. Good service starting from the ordering through line till the delivered service. The food is nice and make my friend stomach fulfilled also make her day too. THANK YOU TEAM AVANI ATRUIM.

I love this place. Bangkok has been an amazing host always. The staff is so polite and welcoming. The hotel is clean and spacious. The rooms are huge with new amenities. The toiletries were provided too. The room was refreshed really well. I also tried the room service Bento Thai Combo which was delectable, though I was hoping to try out their amazing delicacy Mango sticky rice but unfortunately they didn't have it but over all great place to stay and enjoy the time in bangkok.

Thank you Avani atrium team. Since my first stepped in through the hotel I do really appreciate your warmest welcome which came with excellent service, super friendly staff, hand me helpful, really nice room and all clean. Feel like home!

A great japanese teppanyaki place for eating very tasty food while being entertained by a funny chef who is cooking the food in front of you

I spend 2 weeks in quarantine here. Staff were so friendly, the food was good mostly but if the options don't suit your liking you can choose from the a La carte menu! Getting free time for last 7 days of your stay is great (45mins) where you can just sunbath.

We had a quick overnight at Avani Atrium to eat dinner at their Japanese Steakhouse restaurant and try their hotel for the first time. One strength of the GHA loyalty program is the concept of ‘local experiences’ instead of earning points. Because of the value of the dinner at Avani Atrium by redeeming a local experience, it made our stay great value for the money because the Japanese steakhouse dinner was very good. They advertise the "Platinum Local Experience" as being a shared dinner but it was a full multiple course dinner for two.

For a long stay I thought the rooms were aging and the price level not low enough relative to more modern hotels from other chains such as Marriott which are sometimes priced in the same range. As a GHA Black member I received a nice upgrade to a corner suite which I appreciated, but the room will not wow especially the bathroom which had the dreaded shower in a bathtub instead of a stand-alone shower, but at least the water pressure was excellent. There were some features which elevates the hotel above select service hotels such as Courtyard or Four Points: the bathroom toiletries used were Malin & Goetz which are the same as those available at Le Meridien which is an upscale brand. In addition, Avani had bathrobes and slippers rather than bare bones amenities from select service hotels. The air conditioning was working but it was not the strongest: even by setting the temperature to the lowest possible, the room was a bit warmer than what we would have liked. The welcome gift was a nice bowl of fruits with chocolates.

Wifi was blazing fast with speed over 150 Mbps for download, and upload was reasonably good with over 30 Mbps.

This hotel is currently being used as an Alternative State Quarantine hotel and some floors are blocked and dedicated for ASQ. Because I did not think the strength of the hotel was the room itself, I would be hesitant to book a quarantine stay here, but I would consider returning in the future to book a dinner by redeeming a local experience again.

We stayed here April 2018 on the executive floor. We felt like Royalty! The service was amazing, we had private buffet breakfast on our floor, food served throughout the day and drinks on happy hour. All free if you stay on the executive floor. It was amazing. Special shout out to Sian Ka, not sure if he still works there. His service was spectacular, by the 2nd day he knew our favourite breakfast meal and our signature drinks. All the staff were amazing, definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in the future!

I quarantined here. They’re not allow you to order either food or ready-to-eat food from outside eg. KFC MC, so they claim that is prohibited for person who quarantined. Only prepared food from hotel is allowed but you can order several of food from a GREAT MENU for eat. As you see in pics. It’s ridiculous.

Should leave Avani Chain and DISCOVERY program as they not recognize guest status. Stayaway, If you are huge fan of DISCOVERY as this property not follow standard benefits. Maximum room upgrade is "1 step" and they lie about room availability. All hotel facilities are closed. Scary hotel. I checked-out hotel after get in to the room 5 minutes. Staffs are unprofessional they want me to pay the room rate again (it's already prepaid).

Spent my quarantine at the AVANI Atrium, staff was amazing room very very quite asked for a room with a view and a sunset they delivered ️

Nice hotel and embiance and view from room also very good and staff also helping.and hospitality also good fro this hotels best thing for this hotel is located in city so people can travel easy.i like to go again in future also.

Very good breakfast, clean hotel, nice staff. - 5 * hotel is not liable. Rather average 4 *. The hotel is old, the rooms and facilities very worn. Overpriced airport transfers for 5 people per 1900 BTH. I had to get myself (600 THB). I do not recommend.
