สเปซดีๆในกรุงเทพ ที่ให้เราได้ละทิ้งทุกอย่างและอยู่กับลมหายใจของตัวเอง ไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้า และไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย สามารถ walk-in เข้ามาและออกตอนไหนก็ได้ ขอบคุณสำหรับพื้นที่ดีๆ นะคะ

Beautiful space where you can just come and practice sitting, breathing, walking. Very grateful that there are people to hold the space in the middle of this big city.
By the way, you can show up anytime between 5-9 pm. (There's always a break 15 minutes before the hour which is a good time to enter, or leave if you're not staying for the whole time.)
