โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในซอยสุขุมวิท 85 เข้ามาไม่ไกล เดินทางง่ายมากค่ะ ห้องดีกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก เกินราคา ตกแต่งสวย photogenic สุดๆ เตียงนุ่ม แอร์เย็น ทีวีมี youtube ให้ดู มีของใช้ให้ครบถ้วนมากๆ ประทับใจตั้งแต่เข้ามาในห้องเลยค่ะ

Staffs บริการดีมาก น่ารักมากตั้งแต่พี่ยาม แม่บ้าน และ front ค่ะ คุณพอลให้ความช่วยเหลือเกี่ยวกับห้องที่ขอเป็นอย่างดีเลยค่ะ รู้สึกขอบคุณมาก มาพักผ่อนที่ได้พักจริงๆ ค่ะ

Great hotel. Bed was super comfortable, nice and soft mattress. Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Decent location as only a short walk to the bts. Didn’t even realise there was a gym, sauna and roof pool. Reindeer was very helpful and even offered me a late checkout.

ดีทุกอย่างค่ะสถานที่ไม่แออัดแต่ยังอยู่ใกล้แหล่งชอปปิ้งเดินไปขึ้นรถไฟฟ้าสะดวกไม่ยุ่งยากและที่สำคัญพนักงานบริดารดีมากๆค่ะทุกคนตลอดหนึ่งอาทิตย์ที่เข้าพัก ส่วนเตียงนอนนั้นนุ่มมากๆนอนสบายสุดๆ ตู้เย็นคือไม่ค่อยเย็นเพราะมันเป็นตู้แช่ไวน์ น่าจะดีกว่าถ้าเป็นตู้เย็นจริงๆ ตอนเข้าพักจะมีเสียงดังจากการก่อสร้างแต่พนักงานแจ้งตอนเข้าพักโอเคค่ะดีมากคือโดยรวมดีนะคะ น่าพักและรอบหน้าก็จองที่นี่เหมือนเดิม

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent for the price, beds are really comfortable and clean.

Really enjoyed this Hotel and will most definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Service & Food was okay. Only thing we did not like is there was no do not disturb switch, only a door handle tag that used to fall of. Because of that the cleaning lady would come and try to open the door everyday. After realising the door is locked from inside she would start pounding on the door.

The service of the staff is very poor. I asked the staff in the lobby to help print a document. The first time I gave her a USB, she asked me to send it to the hotel by email, so I returned to the hotel room and then email my file to the hotel. The second time I went to the lobby, she ask me went to pick it up ten minutes later. When I went to the lobby for the third time, she said that she did not receive my email and asked me to send it to another email address. Finally, I went to the hotel lobby for the fourth time and received my print out.

Btw, the air conditioner makes loud noise intermittently.

Conclusion: The hotel facilities are average and the service is not up to standard

Room was exactly like pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. Front Office and Housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. Near On Nut station, 7-11 and near good food stores. Highly recommend

I stayed in the month of jan 2019 for my business trip. I checked in early in the hotel and they had my room ready on time. The location is very easy to find and its just few hundred meters away from bts on nut and on nut lotus. Housekeeping service was best and they clean my room everyday and put fresh towels.  
The main thing of this hotel is the restaurant at ground floor they provide very good service and the staff is also very nice and helpful and especially the thai veg green curry was the best.

One of the best I have seen in this price. I really didn’t find a flaw in their service during my stay. The location is extremely convenient as its just 5 minutes walk from BTS ON NUT. They also have a fitness centre, sauna and a pool. Well I would strongly suggest this one if someone is looking for a place within a reasonable budget

We booked standard, but was upgraded to deluxe. Nice clean rooms with kitchen and nice view. Quiet night sleep and comfy beds. Swimming pool is small and no shade on rooftop, but nice view. Awesome stay.

Clean hotel. Nice but small rooms. My room had a little dining table area. Friendly and professional reception staff. Small pool on roof. 5 minute walk from BTS station.

Reasonable place for an quick overnite. Maintainence of the hotel and rooms is bad and the breakfast is so so.location wise is also away from the usual 7-11 and other convenient e stores

Terrible place to stay tho the night sleep was surprisingly good. They have swimming pool, gym and sauna. But the equippments n air is terrible. Stale air, rusty showers n gym equipments. Didn't wanna try the pool aft these experiences

Excellent room and accessories. Nice small rooftop swimming pool. Buffet breakfast but items mostly pork. Items should be of different kinds.

It is a clean hotel, restaurant is standard nothing extra. I prefer they would have more choice for breakfast
