If you are new to Thailand and is looking for a cheap condo to jump start your stay here (long term working), this is the best place to be. It's near to every places you are looking, name it, mall, hospitals, convenience stores, grocery store, etc, the places down the condo offers variety of food if you are the type of person that doesn't know how to cook or doesn't have the time to cook LOL. You won't have a hard time looking for something that you need, everything is a walking distance. 7-8 mins walking distance to the nearest train station (BTS Ekkamai) or 15-20 mins to (BTS Phra Khanong), a bus/motorbike ride to the nearest grocery store or mall, and a walking distance to the nearest hospital.

And also, the security here is top-notch, 24/7/365. And the amenities, pool, gym, laundry, 7/11 inside the condo, etc.

It's a pretty good place to be when you are starting and on a budget. Plus, it's the cheapest condo assuming that you are in the heart of Bangkok.

The apartment is old and although the rent is not high, the service is not very good either. My bedroom window lock broke and fell downstairs, the repairman told me to buy it myself and I had a hard time finding the right size. And the appointment with me can only be repaired on working days, not on holidays. The car light is out of power, and it costs 750 B to restart it, which is three times the charge outside.
Moreover, although there are cockroaches everywhere, there are too many cockroaches here, and there are all kinds of cockroaches. I simply didn’t dare to throw out the trash. The property management failed to completely solve some problems.
Although I didn't hear much from my neighbors, I lived next to the elevator and could hear the sound of the elevator going up and down.
The transportation is indeed very convenient. There is a motorcycle station at the door. Driving can only drive in one direction. The swimming pool is also relatively large. The greetings are more enthusiastic.

I have not stayed here but looking at the building from the Jasmine Grande and seeing so many cracks for only an 11 year old condo does not give me much confidence of its long term lifespan, as well its satellite dishes are falling apart, as with other reviews of thin cheap construction. I guess you get what you pay for.

ผนังบางมากเสียงรบกวนจากห้องข้างบนซ้าย ขวา เสียงทะลุถึงกันหมด ยิ่งถ้าอยู่ห้องข้างล่างของห้องที่ไม่มีความเกรงใจห้องอื่น ก็คือไซต์งานก่อสร้างย่อมๆเลย เคาะทุบลากโต๊ะตู้เตียงทุกวัน

Very nice place where to stay. Great service for laundry and/ or post delivery. The Grab/ Line guys are also very happy to deliver there. I liked the security at the entrance of the block but also in the apartment building: they were so no ce and professional. It's very convenient to go to the airport as it's close to the highway. Very convenient if you are a student too, as the uni is close by. And there are a few malls and food courts if you need as well. You can also enjoy a 7/11 and many local restaurants and food carts all around. Bonus: you can easily catch taxis there too!

Rooftop view of smaller building. 1,2xx family here. 5 minutes to BTS Ekamai and 2 minutes to express way. Food, cafe, and convenient stores nearby. Around 10 years old condominium with affordable accommodation rate. And of course, many cats at parking lots.:)

งงกับการเก็บเงินค่าจอดรถมอเตอร์ไซทำไมไม่ตัดปีต่อปี ปกติจ่ายเดือนไหนก็ต้องวนมาอีกปีของเดือนนั้นถึงจะเรียกว่า1ปี ไม่ใช่จ่ายเดือนไหนก็ตัดรอบ1มกรา มันยากมากหรอแค่ตัดแบบปีต่อปีที่อื่นเค้าก็ทำได้ไร้ประสิทธิภาพมาก ค่าที่จอดก็ไม่ใช่ถูกๆจอดมอเตอร์ไซ2,000

คิดตังค่าจอดรถคันที่สองห่วยเก็บสองพันแต่หักทุกสิ้นปีกินฟรี เก็บเงินตอนไหนควรต้องจอดได้ครบรอบปีของที่จ่าย

เหมือนจะดี ก็แค่ "เหมือน" นิติไร้ประโยชน์มาก ไม่รู้ว่ามีไว้ทำไมเหมือนกัน เวลาแจ้งเรื่องหรืออะไรก็ไม่เคยจะได้รับการแก้ไข

กระบวนการทำงานของนิติชุดนี้วุ่นวายมากๆ ขั้นตอนเยอะแยะไปหมด การรับส่งพัสดุควรจะเป็นหน้าที่ของนิติในการกดยืนยันการรับ-ส่ง สินค้า แต่ดันให้ลูกบ้านดาวโหลดแอพมาเพื่อกดยืนยันการรับพัสดุเอง ไม่ได้คำนึงถึงผู้อยู่อาศัยที่สูงอายุเลย จะให้เขามานั้งโหลดแอพทำงานแทนนิติทำไม ไม่สะดวกสบายเลย ค่าที่จอดรถมอเตอร์ไซต์ก็เก็บปีละ 2 พันต่อคัน แต่ไม่เก็บเป็นแบบปีชนปี ตัดค่าที่จอดทุกสิ้นปี มันไม่แฟร์สำหรับคนที่พึ่งย้ายเข้าช่วงสิ้นปี ปลายปี หรือป่าว ระบบแค่นี้ไม่ได้ยาก ที่ไหนๆเขาก็จัดการกันได้ ช่วยแก้ไขด้วยค่ะ คอนโดจะน่าอยู่ขึ้นมากๆ

ห้องน้ำสำหรับผู้มาติดต่อสกปรกโสโครกมากแสดงถึงการไม่ให้ความสำคัญแทนที่จะทำห้องน้ำให้สะอาดให้เป็นหน้าเป็นตาของคอนโดห้องน้ำกดก็ไม่ได้ตั้งแต่ไปคอนโดที่ไหนๆมามาเจอที่นี่ทุเรศมาก

ยังพักอยู่ที่นี่ค่ะ แต่ปีนี้เปลี่ยนนิติใหม่ ไม่ได้เรื่องเลยค่ะ มีปัญหาทุกครั้งทุกเรื่องที่ต้องมีเค้ามาเกี่ยว ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรให้ดีขึ้นเลยค่ะ ไร้ประสิทธิภาพมากกก

สะอาดเรียบร้อย​ดีครับ​ การดูแลรักษา​ความปลอดภัย​ดีเยี่ยม​ เข้า-ออก​ ต้องสแกน​ 3ต่อถึง​จะขึ้นมาข้างบนได้​

Very nice place and much cheaper than the other condominiums around offering approximately the same thing
