ให้ภาพในวันวานเล่าเรื่องนะครับ ครอบครัวเรา มาร้าน Ars Longa ของเชฟตอง ตั้งแต่เปิดร้านใหม่ๆ ตอนปี 2559 กว่า 7 ปีแล้ว ที่ร้านนี้เปิดมาครับ อาหารของที่ร้านนี้ ใส่ใจทุกๆรายละเอียด เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้ทานอาหารที่มีรสชาติ ตามแบบฉบับของเชฟตอง ผ่านมานานหลายปีแล้ว ยังไม่ได้ไป ทานที่ร้านอีกเลย เพราะ อยู่ต่างจังหวัด ถ้ามีโอกาส จะแวะไปทานที่ร้านอีกนะครับ ตอนนั้น ลูกผมกับลูกของเชฟตองยังเล็กอยู่เลย แล้วเจอกันใหม่เร็วๆนี้นะครับ 01-02-2567

This is our favourite restaurants of all time. We love this place so much! The food is homey but superrrr tasty - we are so lucky to live near such a gem!

Tasty french restaurant. Good start with Salad and Caramari. Mussle was the best. Nice coffee and desert

ชอป นุ่มมาก ปิดท้ายด้วยไอศครีม เข้มข้น หอมมัน อร่อย ไว้จะกลับไปทานอีกค่ะ

Update: ล่าสุดไปกินมาไม่ดีเลยครับ อุตส่าห์พาเพื่อนไปหลายคน สั่งเมนูหอยมา เอาของเก่ามาให้
ไปมาหลายครั้งแต่คงไม่ไปอีกแล้ว โดนแหกหน้ากันอย่างนี้

ยังมีหน้าตอบกลับมาด่าลูกค้าอีก อุตส่าห์แนะนำไปหลายคน วันนั้นก็เลี้ยงใหญ่กับเพื่อนไปเป็น 10 คน โม้ไว้ว่าร้านนี้ดิ หน้าแตกครับ

รสชาติกลางๆถึงดี วัตถุดิบดี บริการไม่ประทับน้อง น้องผู้หญิงดูไม่อยากบริการ พี่ผู้ชายยกอาหารยกจานเก็บข้ามหัวผมแบบต้องก้มหัวหลบแก

มารยาทไม่รู้เป็นสไตล์ร้านหรือน้องมีวันที่ไม่ค่อยดีเลยดูเหวี่ยงๆ ราคาเทียบบริการที่อื่นดีกว่า สบายใจกว่า

International flare for this great little western-styled place in the suburbs of Bangkok. A compliment to the chef for braised lamb shank and grilled cod fillet. Duck confit is a tad dry, it could be better.

No complimentary dinner roll or bread varieties.

Exquisite French food!

I was dining with my French family and they were quite satisfied with the quality of the dishes we had.

From appetizer to dessert, it was “vraiment DELICEUX” really delicious.

We ordered a variety of French favorites from the menu:

Burrata- my favorite
Cheese garlic bread
Lamb shank - melts off the bone!
Moules- chefs kiss, fresh
Duck cOnfit-
Crepe succette flambé with ice cream- best
Brownie with ice cream.

Authentic French flavors all the way.

Please book ahead before coming. We were lucky to have table but usually very busy esp during weekends from Thursday, Friday.

ไม่ค่อยสันทัดอาหารฝรั่งเศสเท่าไหร่ค่ะ มาครั้งนี้เลยสั่งอาหารธรรมดาและอาหารไทย

Tasty western food. Steak, fish and clams dishes were great. If you were in the area, I would recommend this restaurant. During the weekend, it could be quite crowded so reservation was recommended.

Limited parking space in front of the shop.

Since years, Ars Longa is one of my favorite top restaurants (which I have not visited often enough, I have to admit). And each time, the food has been top. Super tasty, mega aroi. I have never been disappointed. And the service was flawless, too. I always felt very welcome, and the staff was very attentive and friendly, making every visit a special moment in life.

However, there have been some changes this year. Most noted: the new waiter/waitresses are doing their job without joy, passion, enthusiasm. No emotions, no smile, no talk, no interest in the customer. They just do their job in a minimalistic way. Almost like robots, actually.

Secondly, the menu shows quite a number of dishes as "available on preorder only". In the past, Ars Longa always had a small number of dishes on preorder (which was perfectly ok). But now, the current menu has 1, sometimes 2 dishes on preorder on almost every page! I didn't count it, but it feels like 20 or maybe 30% of all dishes are on preorder now. It makes me wonder why.

Fortunately, the food quality hasn't changed; still gorgeous, delicious, wonderful. But beyond the food, several other, things have developed to the negative. This is turning a visit to Ars Longa from a wonderful, exceptional experience to just a "normal" restaurant with very good food.

A charming place that serves good pasta! The owner speaks english and the service was great, with nice ambiance.

My experience at this place was extremely pleasant. Foods were served to perfection, the owner was extremely friendly. This place doesn't sell alcohol, but you can bring your own bottle of wine. Only to drink while enjoying the food (so don't abuse it). There's also a corkage fee. Will definitely be back and try out many more dishes.

Best French mussel soup in Bangkok, with affordable price and friendly atmosphere. Other dishes are also amazing, created by idea and dedication of Chef Tong, Chef owner, and the team. Normally I visit the bistro almost every week. Without question 10/10.
