Arcadia Suites Hotel Phloenchit Sukhumvit Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

Rum not same as suites, small. Inside room everything very poor and simple. Staff okay and friendly but price very high for nothing. Breakfast very poor. Have scrambled eggs but only bacon in small very dry pieces. BAD! Place are very off and taxi from there to example travelword expensive. Bad memories apply when thinking about this place.

It's a very good place, The staff are really cordial to the guests. Good breakfast.good atmosphere.

Spacious 2 bedrooms suite with kitchen, washing machine and living room. Near the BTS and if don't mind can walk 6 min but they do have hotel Tuk Tuk to transfer to BTS and pick up whenever you want. Love the hospitality and friendly staff JJ and Switta. They helped to arrange transport to pick up my luggage from the hotel while we shop in the Chatuchak weekend market. The transport came with our luggage to pick us from the weekend market in the evening and head to the airport and we saved much time doing shopping without having to worry about the luggage. Great service and highly recommended.

Ladies at the reception needs lesson in hospitality. (pretty stiff and rigid) I stayed at the 6th floor and the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke.
I meet three doorman and all of them were offering if I need transportation to go to this place or another. Don’t you guys pay your employee enough so that they don’t to run side business?
And they are located at the end of alley with a busy highway running on the side.

The room is very valuable, for the price, it's very spacious and even come with washing machine. I know why many people say it's very dusty, it's because of the room lighting, quite dim so you can see the dust in the air below the light. I believe other hotel would also have dust but their lighting is bright so you won't see it.
Our room is at 2nd floor, there's no smoke smell, and conveniently same floor as the breakfast place. The bath tub is big enough.
There is no 7-11 nearby, even if you take the tuk tuk out to the main street, there's still a distance to 7-11. It's within walking distance to the pier, where you can take the boat to pratunam very cheap & near.
Their tuk tuk service only work every 30mins, and doesn't even operate between 5-7pm, which isn't too convenient. The other hotel that I stayed in, provide 24hrs tuk tuk and can even Line them to ask for pick up. But it's walkable to the BTS station, not too far.

Everything was good at first, including the lady at the counter and the driver of the locomotive. The cleaning of the room was also great. Unfortunately, the lady who wore an apron on the last day yelled at the restaurant when she asked us about our dining information (Shout to us) but at this location a few days ago, Another lady is very polite.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and the staff, JJ is super nice, friendly and helpful. They even have a free tuk tuk service to send and pick up at BTS phloen chit and central embassy which is very convenient.convenient.

This hotel rooms is awesome. The suites is provided with bathtub, shower rooms, washing machine, microwaves oven, refrigerator, cooking stoves. There are a swimming pools on level 2. Besides that, the hotel provide a tuk tuk service to/ from hotel to nearest BTS station. What i love about this hotel is, the room is super quiet. Even though the highway road are just beside the hotel, You can hear any vehicles sound in the room.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel suites situated near Phloen Chit BTS station. All the staffs were just “okay”, except for Mr. JJ, he really did above other staffs in terms of service, friendliness and overall attitude.love his energy.

Overall I love my 6 nights stay with my girlfriend at this amazing place. Thank you Mr JJ, for being such a good host.
Will definitely come back again, and recommend my family or friends.

Rooms were very large for the price I paid, location was fairly accessible and the staff by the name of JJ greeted us warmly and conversed with us daily and made the stay very enjoyable. Rooms were slightly inconsistent in cleanliness though, whilst mine was very clean my friend received a room with a weird-working heater and musty smell.

We had the suite on the 5th floor and the room was very spacious. I assume that due to covid the hotel has suffered a bit in terms of being taken care of and during our stay, the restaurant was closed. Especially friendly was the staff member named (i think) Nat. He took care of our luggages, would order transportation and even drove us to the sky train with our many luggages, as we did not want to take a taxi to the airport because of traffic. The location of the hotel was perfect. Two stations away from either siam or asok.

Hotel located in a quiet corner, has adequate clean facilities and a great bed for a good night's sleep. Room size is big as well for the price paid which comes with a bathtub. JJ is very friendly and service-oriented which is very important for all guests. His command of English is good. Hotel front counter is very accomodating and courteous. I hope more will patronize them in future!

Quite disappointing to be honest. We booked a room with breakfast included only to find out at the hotel that the restaurant is closed for renovation and they don't serve breakfast. They propose us to serve breakfast in room but don't take any orders and the day after they call us at 7am to bring us a Thai style breakfast. After this episode we agreed on a different breakfast but for some reasons they had to serve it at 8.15. Shouldn't be them adapting to the client's needs, and not the other way around? The room was decent except that I had to punch the bathroom sliding door to open and close it. Luckily we booked with a heavily discounted fee. It definitely isn't worth the full price.

Spacious room at a very reasonable price. Staffs were very helpful and very sincere ️ Our kids felt very welcomed and we really enjoyed our time! Hope to stay again!

This hotel is just wonderful, Great room, great service. The front desk staff Yok is really helpful as well. Definitely coming back to stay here again next time we are in Bangkok.

It’s near Eathai and quite a few skybars, plus the massage nearby is fantastic. If you are in Bangkok, definitely come here

It was an introduction my a friend who is a frequent customer of Arcadia. The stay was marvelous despite being a relatively small hotel/suite (lesser number of rooms). The staffs were superbly friendly and yet professional in way that they will provide great extend of privacy. From my family's arrival to Arcadia to the stay and checking out, it was one of they best I have experienced before. Mr. JJ, who was initially I thought a Bellman, he handles almost everything that I need from driving in and out with his stylish Arcadia Tuk Tuk, to making various arrangements for anything we needed. I worked in hotel line before and I can tell you he is really is a STAR! Great thanks JJ! My wife has also told me that we will be sure to stay again with Arcadia the next time we are in Bangkok. So, in a nutshell, this is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for family friendly, great hospitality, good breakfast, value for money, and peace of mind for your trip in Bangkok. Cheers.

The water temperature for showers is very poor. Got cold water at this hotel. Water pressure is also very weak. Shower was clogged as well on 2nd floor. Tuk Tuk driver was often not around when one needed him. Everything else was ok.
