Aphrodite Inn Bangkok

- The location is good, next to BigC, 7-11.
- The room is quite old, there is a strange smell in my room if we turn off the AC (when we go out). In general, it brings you the feeling of insanitary.
- The bed and pillow are amazingly good, bed is quite spacious, pillow is comfortable.
- Staff are good
- Breakfast is 1-course-menu, but it's good though

Had a 5 nights stay. Excellent location, Big C, Central World, Erawan Shrine, Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Massage shops, Seven 11 and more are all within minutes of walking distance. Paragon or even MBK is also accessible via Sky Walk.
Clean room, however it's rather small.
Friendly staff and communicate in English well.

A beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of Bangkok's shopping district (across from the Central World, next to the Graysorn, etc.). BTS train station is within a short walk. Service is excellent with attentive staffs. Plus, they have great cooks.

The waiters are dishonest. I booked a room for two people, and when I went there, my wife and I had two more children. He saw that there are four of us who need to add 1000THB—evening, which also means that there is no extra bed now. We begged him not to charge such an expensive fee. After begging for a long time, we asked him to talk to his superiors, and he went to the back to find someone. When I came back, I said that it would be 1200THB in the evening. I told him to reduce the money, but he asked for more money. He said he could give us an extra bed. Just now he said that there is no bed, but he said that there is a bed for us. We said that there is no need for us, as long as he reduces it. He said their bed couldn't sleep two people. (I booked two beds) I can sleep two people without an extra bed just now - I can't sleep two people with an extra bed. You can't even sleep on the ground. So I just went online and booked another hotel. Luckily there are still rooms just over ten minutes away.

Everything was great except the fact that we suspect one of their staff stole one of our shirts. We double checked our bags if we misplaced the shirts but so far we have not found them at all. Suspected staff knocked on our room with a smile but since his English was limited, we don't know for sure.

However, they made up for it by paying the equivalent amount of the shirts.

Always keep your bags locked and don't leave valuables.

I hope the hotel management will look into this matter closely for improvement.

Other than that, I'd still come back to this hotel as their service was great!

Very close to all malls and they could help book transportation for you to get to your destination.

Superb location with two 7/11 and at least 3 massage parlors nearby, Centralworld, big C and platinum mall are a stone's throw away. Plenty of street food vendors during day and night too. The room I stayed 307 were clean and decent for the price exceeding my expectations. The reception on duty were polite and smiling each time we came back, one of the lady were kind to arrange pickup transfer to airport at 400b.

Room feels vintage but bed n pillow is good, service staff is excellent especially the front desk staff. Very polite and speak good English. Very helpful too. Location is super good n convenient but don't expect beautiful window view ya. Aircon took longer while to on.maybe the building is old.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. One staff who welcomed me spoke very good English, and others I've met spoke or at least understood basic English, which helped a lot. At my departure time, the concierge staff even had a bellboy bringing my suitcases to nearest bus stop (unfortunately forgot to ask their names). Room was also very clean, and I could ask my food reheated without charge. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, much thank you and hope to stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

I was there from 08/Nov/2022~11/Nov/2022, my stay was good as the staff there are all very friendly, especially Zai. He help me on all my request and response fast. Thank you to Zai. There is another lady at the counter but i forgotten to ask her name, she is friendly too.
In the room, the water pressure is very good, but the room soundproof is not that good as we can hear noises, knocking on door while inside our own room, overall is ok.
There is a few sets of breakfast choice and it all taste good.

The hotel location is very good as it is beside The Market, Big C and opposite centre world. There is a bridge that can link to Pratunam mall with a few mins walk.

My sister said she would book this Hotel when she go Bangkok again and it goes same to me.

Right in the heart of town. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for shopping and food. We stayed for 6 nights.

The location is key, however the price is bit high for the room with no breakfast. It's quite small hotel. I could hear lift's sound which was quite disturbing at night. Hotel staffs are friendly. In overall I would say price is up just for key location.

We dealt with a delightful and helpful lady at the desk. My thai girlfriend was answered any questions she asked. Very close to everything, very clean hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Stay here for 5 nights Dec 2019. Location nothing to complain just that it is not so near to the train station but still walkable. U can use the savings of the hotel to book grabcar which is what I did for chathuchak and asiatique/Siam icon. It is just opposite central world and beside big C. Location nothing to complain about.

Hotel is quite clean in my opinion although wife complain about some hidden corner at the door.

Breakfast is served. Nice and adequate not buffet style.

Hotel is located at major shopping district but it takes a lot of effort to carry lugguage to travel from BTS or Airport Rail link to hotel.

Hotel room is good for light sleeper guests because it is generally quiet and if the room lights are all switched off, the room is very dark. Room also has some aromatherapy vanilla smell which not all guests may like the flavour.

Hotel wifi is so-so, Tv programs are quite limited though. Place is a little run down though.

Service quality of concierge and their restaurant is very nice. Serves very nice breakfast from 5 meals to choose from (not buffet).

Room is small and cosy, albeit the bathroom is a bit dated but it is still in good condition.

Entrance to hotel is locked after midnight and requires access card to go in, hence is good security.

Breakfast not too bad. But the twin bedroom consist of a roll away bed and a normal bed. Feel a little cheated. Not sure if its for all twin rooms but just be aware.

Great Stay here. The location is right next to the BIG C Supermarket. Location wise is right across from Centralworld Mall and 10 minutes walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. The location is shopping heaven as so many shopping can be done in the area. The check in was smoothly do have passport and they require your flight boarding pass ticket for some odd reason lucky i had a mobile copy they would not let me check in without this. The hotel is boutique style and cosy. I had the two beds twin room. The room was okay for my stay. The shower was a lil cramped you can easily knock from hot to cold or vice versa when showering. Also be sure when checking out you are not in a rush what they did to me was as i was checking out the morning lady had a grumpy face and kinda gave me an issue and asked me if i had used anything from the fridge and i said no. She called up for a Cleaner to check on the room to make sure nothing was used that process took 20-25 minutes. I was standing there like a dummy. Nothing used confirmed then i was able to go. So be sure not to touch anything in the fridge not even the supposed free water. Just buy it from outside much cheaper 7-11 right there. I would stay again because of the location just from that experience lesson learned about that portion. Room was comfortable you do need to jack up the AC for a while to get cold but not uncomfortable,
