Even though the doctor that I dealt with was professional, I don’t like the overall experience at all.

The sale person asked me to buy a skincare product and she seemed to be upset when I refused.

I believe that if you are good at what you do and provide a good experience, customers will come back without pressuring them to buy anything that they don’t want.

You can expect to pay a premium here compared to other clinics in Thailand. But my point is that Apex should ease the strategy to make customers feel uncomfortable.

Moreover, the price should be transparent.
First, you see the doctor then the sale person will come to tell you about the price. They will suggest you to buy some brands which they might get a higher commission. It should be better if you offer the options to customers to choose from. I felt like they just wanted me to pay more, so they can get a higher commission.

บริการเลเซอร์น่าประทับใจมากเลยค่ะ พี่ๆที่ทำให้ดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ไม่ทำให้รู้สึกเขินเลยค่ะ ทำแล้วขนขึ้นช้าและบางลงจริงๆค่า

I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are not serious and don’t respect safety procedures. I had a coolsculpting treatment, it’s supposed to last 35mn exactly. They “forgot” me with the painful machine on, and after me shouting for help for 15mn, they finally appeared; they left the machine on me for 50mn instead of 35mn. This technique is meant to be safe if applied properly, which is not the case at APEX

First I’m not very happy for the service I got but after they agree to fixed the problem make me feel better.

Just the worse. I made an appointment a day ahead, time and brunch was chosen by Apex consultant, so everything was set up by the clinic itself. Upon arrival on ploenchit branch, I was waiting 20 minutes for doctor, gave ID, filled ton of forms and in the end they said that doctor is not here, he left to other branch because of “emergency”. What’s the emergency in beauty clinic? Emergent skin collagen?
Won’t come back, just a waste of time. Also this brunch stands in front of slum with chickens.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff! Amazing customer service. This was my very first visit/treatment at Apex and Mylena made the entire experience very comfortable! I will be back.

I’ve gone to other clinics in Bangkok and dealt with a lot of rude and careless reps.

The entire experience with Apex was great. The rep on the Line App is also very helpful and nice.
Highly recommend Apex.

They have various branches in Bangkok. For convenience I went to their branch at paragon complex. First big mistake. But they assured us they have time to give us exceptional and personal service.
The place is small, no bathroom inside and smells kinda strange.
They were all very nice and helpful in the beginning. Encouraging my wife to do more treatment of cold sculpture. We agreed on the package and total cost.
At the end of day two of treatments there was a misunderstanding as to the number of treatments and naturally total cost. I was extremely upset and refuse to pay for any more then what I agreed to. They agreed but after a lot of arguing back and forth.
The next and third day they had to finish the last of the treatment. The whole attitude changed. The supervisor or manager didn't even bother to show up to supervise. After my strong complaint she showed up and said bad traffic. The treatment was shortened. And I didn't have the same numbing sensation as previous treatments.
I spent 210,000 thb which is usd7000. For a total of around 10 hours of treatment over 3 days No small amount. Was disappointed with the whole experience. I don't think this would happen in the main branch.
Make very clear what they have to do and what it cost. Stick with the main branch.
They lose me as a repeat client.

I've visiting Apex for many years now whenever I am in Bangkok. I've had Botox, fillers and laser with them. I only ever once visited another place in Bangkok and they burnt my face with an overly strong laser! I won't let anyone else touch my face now apart from Apex. Yes, they may charge a little more but you really do get what you pay and its not worth the risk to go cheap! The doctor's English is amazing too.

Dr Rataporn and staff are super amazing! From start to finish, world class service! I also got an aftercare email to check everything was okay. I strongly recommended this clinic.

I did Botox and Filler here. The result was amazing, different from where i did before. The doctor is very professional and gently answer all me questions. Love it

Dont go to this place. They will lie to you. When the course is almost ended, they will say that you didnt pay enough and that you will have to pay more to finish it. Thieves. They also pay for fake reviews. Becareful of this place.

Thermage done last week at Apex Ploenchit location. Already feeling recovered and the doctors and staff were very attentive with my needs (and my children waiting for me during the whole process)

Excellent experience. I was fortunate to find an online referral service that directed me to Apex for the services tecommended to me stateside. To my surprise, I was quickly accommodated with an appointment the next day for face time with the treating physician and team. I had great confidence in the doctor and facility and had the procedure immediately following the consultation. I am happy with the results. As a physician myself, I am happy to refer other colleagues, patients, family and friends. Dr. Rattaporn and his nurse assistant, Mylene we're outstanding. A very good experience and we'll worth the trip. I had minimal, if any discomfort following the procedure.

Amazing is a huge understatement for this clinic, I will certainly be back here in the future and would recommend it to friends and family in a heartbeat.
The whole process from start to finish was very professional, I was informed what was going to happen to me at every step of the way by excellent English speaking staff and doctors.
The facility would put most Western clinics to shame and my advice would be that this is the benchmark to aim for should you choose to have any procedure in the future.
Everyone at the clinic was great but I have to say a special thanks to Dr Narupon, he was fantastic and made me feel like a real VIP.
The bandages are off in a week, I can't wait!

**UPDATE**
The bandages are off and the Otoplasty surgery has been a complete success!
Even though I had to return to the UK before Dr Narupon could do this personally he has been in contract with me online every step of the way for my "layman's" questions.
The NHS nurse that removed my stitches, here in the UK, said it was perfect stitching which had subsequently healed excellently.
I feel so much better and more confident as a result of this surgery and the real testament is how friends and family don't notice it but when I show them the "before" and "after" pictures they are amazed and impressed, even my hairdresser didn't notice until I said lol.
I appreciate this review is getting a bit long winded and I can guarantee you that I'm not on the Apex payroll, but I really just want to help anyone thinking of surgery make the right choice as I did, everything that I buy I always check reviews first and are influenced by them but never bother to review myself, so here we are

Got botox done about three weeks while on vacay to Thailand. This place was super clean, super close to my hotel, so no-brainer. I'd recommend for botox in Bangkok.

15000 THB/visit but the treatment was performed by staff instead of doctors. Of course, the result is poor. The laser which clinic promise that won't burn skin, my gf face got burned badly. Other dermatologist can tell right away that my gf skin got burned and advised against taking additional laser treatment. Waste of time and money.

Highly recommended the best esthetic hospital in bangkok. The staff and the doctor are well trained.
