They don't even honor their 7 day warranty!

Bought a phone here with a display defect and returned the next day. One of the staff acknowledged it but the manager declined to exchange it and referred me to do a warranty repair.
Before coming here I compared the phone I bought with a presentation device in a different shop and it didn't have the issue.

Previously I bought multiple phones at this shop. One of them had a hardware defect and needed to be sent in for repair. After the phone came back they demanded a fee which they didn't mention beforehand. After confronting them, they said they didn't know about the fee before. Instead of admitting their mistake they chose to behave unprofessionally.

ร้านรู้ทั้งรู้ว่า ฟิล์มกระจกติดลงบน Samsing Galaxy S21+ แล้วระบบแสกนนิ้วมือใต้หน้าจอจะทำงานแทบไม่ได้ ประมาณว่ากด10ครั้งติดแค่1ครั้ง เนื่องจากฟิล์มกระจกเป็นฟิล์มที่หนา ก็ยังจะติดให้ลูกค้า จริงๆผมไม่ได้ถามเรื่องระบบแสกนนิ้วมือก่อนติดว่าจะมีปัญหาไหม เพราะส่วนตัวผมที่ใช้แต่ไอโฟนมาตลอดนั้นไม่เคยมีความรู้เรื่องนี้ แต่เรื่องนี้เป็นเรื่องที่ดังในหมู่คนใช้แอนดรอยด์ ซึ่งทางร้านต้องรู้เรื่องนี้อย่างแน่นอน แต่กลับไม่พูดอะไรเลย ไม่เตือนและไม่แนะนำและไม่กล่าวถึงเกี่ยวกับปัญหาระบบแสกนนิ้วมือเลย ส่วนตัวผมจ่ายค่าฟิล์มไปแค่500บาท ไม่ได้มากมายอะไร แต่มาโพสต์เพราะอยากให้พี่ๆน้องๆที่จะอุดหนุนร้านนี้ด้วยเงินที่สูงกว่าผม เก็บเรื่องนี้ไปพิจารณาก่อนครับ:)

ไปกี่ครั้งๆ ก้อเจอการบริการจากพนักงานแบบเดิมๆ ไม่ปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น พนักงานไม่ค่อยใส่ใจลูกค้า เลือกปฏิบัติกับลูกค้า

Best mobile phone phone shop in Thailand. Xiaomi and other grey imports have best prices in AOB shop in MBK shopping center. It is just a counter type shop in MBK, but this tiny shop is better, than large chain stores all over malls in Thailand.

Good shop, but service getting grumpy. Both staff I spoke to very indifferent. Bought elsewhere this time.

เคยซื้อใือถือที่นี่ครับตอนซื้อบอกมีประกันเคลมได้ ใช้ไปสองสามเดือนปุ่มสแกนนิ้วมือไม่ทำงาน ทางร้านบอกไม่รับเคลมแลยจำทนต้องเสียเงินค่าซ่อมไป 5000 พันกว่าบาท
ไม่ไปอีกแล้วครับ. STAY AWAY and go buy it from other vendors

สินค้าดีครับ บริการพอใช้ได้ครับ ราคาพอใช้ได้ครับ บริการหลังการขาย ยังไม่มีโอกาศได้ใช้ครับ ร้านเปิดมานานครับ

เคยเปลี่ยนกระจกหน้าจอกับร้านนี้ครับ ตอนแรกไม่ค่อยพอใจเท่าไหร่เพราะพอเปลี่ยนมาก็แตกเลยยังไม่ได้ทำอะไร พอไปเปลี่ยนอีกรอบร้านก็คิดเงินเพิ่ม แต่พอเปลี่ยนมาหน้าจอดันเป็นลายๆอีกทำให้ต้องไปเปลี่ยนใหม่อีกรอบ เสียค่ารถบ่อย แต่ยังดีที่ร้านยังรับผิดชอบรอบนี้เปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ฟรีครับ

I came to know it make available latest of gadgets in lesser price. Can be trust for genuine products.

This shop has been my first choice when I wanna buy phones or accessories. Price of some items may slightly high when comparing to other shop. But when something wrong with such item they take good care of after sales service.

Thank you for fixing my screen. The tint is a bit orange, but I guess it's still better than nothing. You have a wide range of phone selections and have good qualifications. However, one of your female staff members was extremely rude to me and seemed very disinterested in helping me. When you returned me my phone and I had paid up front, I asked if the camera was working and according to the staff member the answer was "maybe". It was not working and I asked if you could fix it and you told me you were going to charge me an extra 2,000 baht when I had already paid to fix the lcd screen for 4,500. I asked if anything could be done in terms of the price and you told me to wait another 30 mins. When I arrived, you gave me the same answer and even insulted me by saying that it was my fault that my phone was broken before you even knew why. To me, this is very insulting how you pretty much imply that I'm stupid when I just paid you money for only part of a service. Had you just told me that the camera would have costed extra I would have just bought a new phone with that price. The fact that you yell at me though, and say that it was my fault that my phone was broken is the main issue I have with your employee. Why would you make me wait 30 mins just to tell me the same thing that you said half an hour ago? You claim that you had to wait for the guy to come back but you talk to him on the phone in front of me I'm sure he told you how much it would cost. I explained this lapse of communication to the employee and she responded by saying, "I'm sorry but it's not my job. " Are you kidding me lady? Customer service is not your job? I was hoping you would be genuine maybe offer me a better deal. I would have paid to fix my camera but since you were so rude and insensitive I now regret giving you money for only half a service that I technically paid for. I wish there was someone else who had the qualifications to fix my phone. I think since there wasn't you acted this way and I think it's very arrogant and judgmental of you to speak to a customer like this. I hope you read this and learn to be more appreciative toward your customers next time.
