*Bad experience dealing with Anya The Wedding Invitation"
I have reached out to Anya Wedding and chose the wedding invitation i liked and requested for a quotation. After that, with the situation of covid-19, i didn't order the card nor reach out to them to order the card. Again, this week i reached out to them again and browse through the website and found a design i liked more so i requested them again for the price. At first, the talked to me nicely that they will respond the next day. Two days gone, i remind them about the quotation and they answered me with the negative tone that "Hello have you changed your mind about the card that we have sent you the quotation? " So i was confused a bit and then i said that i changed my mind and told them that i chose differently and apologize for changing the design. They didn't even bother to read my msg and didn't answer.
May I ask if the customers can not change their mind while they haven't made an agreement to print or anything? Aren't we allow to choose what's best for us? And why you choose to ignore us while we were ready to pay you if you send us the quotation.
I do not recommend this place at all.with all of the experience i got, to sum up, some of admins are mean and ignorant to the customer. They choose customer. And i still regret i apologized to them.
Not good service, slow to respond, always have to repeat and the end result was a disappointment. Be careful with their charging because we had a plan and then made major reductions to it but they made no real effort to reduce the price. The colour of the images they sent us was different to what we ended up getting. I recommend going somewhere different for invitations.
