ALS provides inaccurate nutrition label testing. We don't understand how a branch of a global company can provide such inaccurate testing services. Their testing equipment for sugars and fats were wildly inaccurate for our samples. Use another lab like SGS or Mahidol or calculate things yourself based on nutrition information found on Google. You'll be better off.
