ทำงานที่ตึก CRC มา 5 ปีแล้ว การทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตึก ความสะอาดห้องน้ำ ต่างๆ ถือว่าสมกับราคาที่เช่าครับ

Large office building complex with many retail shops, restaurants, hotel and food courts. Convenient with near walking distant from BTS Ploenchit or take Conrad Hotel shuttle bus.

The beach is the best and the price is good but get the bigger room with a view, it's not much of a view but I wouldn't stay unless I could get the bigger room and it's not that big.

Having nice offices located in nice places.have 2 food courts in the CRC building, and food price is acceptable.also have many restaurants and cafes.

Yummy Italian place Nonna nella, two good wine shops, nice book shop (Asia books), great sushi spot sushi cyu, tops super is a bit too small and selections aren’t that great.

Huge office building which has everything you want, foods, bank, super market, coffee shop, convenient store and a lot more, lot of car park, good location, traffic jam a lot during rush hours, easy transportation

It is surrounded by 3 offices tower 3. The mall has a Top's Supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, banks and other businesses.

Good office building. A bit old but okay. Lots of shops at the bottom. Travel there is easy and can be done by BTS and MRT follow with the motorcycle taxi or 10 minutes walk to the place. One more thing the building have a very security. Love it

There’s Tops supermarket in All seasons place and it’s very convenient when you stay Conrad residence.

เป็นอาคารที่มีสาธารณูปโภคครบครัน ร้านอาหารมีหลายประเภท เป็นออฟฟิศที่อยู่ใจกลางเมือง มีธนาคารเกือบครบทุกเจ้าในอาคาร มีร้านอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ และฟิตเนสด้วย มีรถรับส่งระหว่างรถไฟฟ้ากับอาคาร แต่เดินเร็วกว่าในช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วน ด้านข้างมีตลาดนัดเล็กๆ ให้สามารถช้อปปิ้งตอนกลางวันได้ แถมยังมี Tops Supermarket อีกด้วย เรียกได้สะดวกสบายมาก เสียดายที่ย้ายออฟฟิศแล้ว คิดถึงของกินอร่อย และความสะดวก เบื่องานก็มาเดินเล่นในท็อปส์เย็นๆได้

3 office towers plus one hotel (Conrad) cum service apartment. Can be accessed from many main roads.

There are banks, restaurants, cafe and various things to shop.

Dislike is parking, very confusing to go up an down and never been able to remember where I parked: (

Series of tall buildings including Conrad and several embassies. Strict access control. Quiet as a church. Not a brilliant architecture however design puts a huge number of security personnel at base level. How they would perform should a real situation arises knowing their pay grade?

5 Stars Mix-Used Complex in heart of downtown Bangkok. There’re office buildings, All Seasons Condominium and Conrad hotel. The BTS Skytrain and MRT subway is in walking distance and famous Lumphini public park is just around the corner.

มีอาหารแบบบุฟเฟ่บริการมื้อเที่ยงและมื้อค่ำ มีบริการจัดเลี้ยงอบรมสัมมนาและงานแต่งงาน ถนนด้านหลังอาคารนี้คือซอยร่วมฤดี มีร้านอาหารชื่อดังมากมายหลายร้านเช่นเดอะเซอเคิล คอฟฟี่บีนส์บายดาว (ร้านที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องเค้กนุ่มอร่อยละลายในปาก)

Excellent office & residence complex in heart of Bangkok, surrounded by good restaurants, hotels, malls, public park “Suan Lumpini” and services.
BTS skytrain and MRT subway are just minutes away.
Worst thing is the parking lot which is one of the 10 worst in Bangkok, very hard to park the car and even harder to find where your car is!
