Chris led 2 car groups by himself, he was a little busy, but he was still responsible and the overall travel experience was good

Driver Mr Panompai was very friendly, punctual, and speaks basic English for easy communication. Most importantly he was a safe driver too!

Can't thank Chris enough for being such a lovely guide today. We were a small group (perks of mid-week/off season) so it felt like a private tour. Our coach van was very comfortable with funky Thai interior, and seatbelt, so felt very safe. We squeezed in alot into a day considering our short trip to Thailand. Highly recommended! Khoob khun ka

The trip was very fun. My favorite experiences were feeding the giraffes and riding the train. The scenery was beautiful. The tour guide Chris spoke Cantonese and English and was very kind. He took good care of the group members and helped with taking photos. The whole trip was well arranged and introduced. The historical background of the scenic spot, I recommend this tour, although it is a little far away, it is worth going!

The water tour and elephant ride were all included in the price, which was a good deal.
It was also nice that the guide actively asked for photos

Overall I somehow enjoyed the experience if we talk about the tour activity itself thar one I give it 4/5 stars, however the guide seems to lean towards the chinese tourists coz he always speaks Chinese than English resulting to somewhat unapproachable on our behalf. Transportation is 5/5 which is the highlight of my tour it was very convenient, I hope the tour guide will give a little details of each places and give deeper info as I love information and history of the places, that one was one of the lacking parts of the tour also he is a bit witty which is ok for me.

This is a case-by-case basis, but overall it was a good tour for me, there are just some lacking area (effort in giving infos, and unapproachable issues) so I think that can be improved

In my group (joint group), there are group members from different places. The tour guide is very good. He used 3 languages ​​today and was translating in different languages ​​​​all the time. If you want to join this tour, remember to watch your carrots. Giraffes will stick their heads into the car to steal your carrots. The Death Railway and the Bridge on the River Kwai are very high. We bought four tickets on klook and joined the group with other tourists. There was a Chinese tour guide with the group. We will contact you via Line that morning.
