After You Dessert Café reviews
32 Well known dessert cafe in Thailand. They always has a new menu in every season. So thoughtful, so creative and so delicious.
Lovely meeting point.
Lovely staff with good manners and service mind.
As a lifelong Thai tea enthusiast, my visit to After You Dessert Cafe was nothing short of a delightful trip down memory lane. The Thai Tea Kakigori transported me back to the carefree days of my childhood, when I'd eagerly await the sweet, creamy taste of Thai tea after school.
Upon stepping into the cozy atmosphere of the cafe, I was instantly greeted by the friendly staff, who were eager to help me navigate the menu. With their guidance, I couldn't resist ordering the Thai Tea Kakigori, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
When the dessert arrived, I was impressed by the presentation. The generous heap of Thai tea-flavored shaved ice was beautifully adorned with a crown of whipped cream and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk. The vivid orange hue of the Thai tea was unmistakable, making my mouth water in anticipation.
As I took my first spoonful, the finely shaved ice melted instantly in my mouth, revealing the perfect balance of sweet and bitter flavors synonymous with Thai tea. The whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk added an extra layer of indulgence, reminiscent of the creamy Thai tea concoctions of my childhood. The dessert was a refreshing and satisfying treat that was not overly sweet, which I appreciated.
As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but reminisce about the warm afternoons spent drinking Thai tea. This Thai Tea Kakigori at After You Dessert Cafe managed to evoke those cherished memories, making my experience all the more delightful.
In conclusion, if you're a Thai tea aficionado like myself or simply looking for a refreshing and nostalgic dessert experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Thai Tea Kakigori at After You Dessert Cafe. Not only will you enjoy a delicious treat, but you'll also be transported back to the sweet memories of your childhood.
Our all time favorite desserts. Whenever go to Bangkok, sure will pay a visit daily.
Visited few branches. All very nice environment. Staff very friendly. It becomes the signature dessert of Bangkok.
Ice flakes and bread toast really tasty. I love strawberry kakigory.
How I hope Malaysia will have one branch. Sure i’ll go there everyday. Eat until pokai.
Toasts, Desserts, Ice Cream and Drinks are very delicious. Today selection are Hong Kong Milk Tea and Boba Hojicha Soy Latte with Caramel. Restaurant atmosphere is decor in Season Greetings vibe.
I went there to try their mango yakitori like any tourists in Bangkok but were so impressed that I visited almost all their branches around the city and tried various other items on their menu. This chain is a must, whether if you have a sweet tooth or just want a good cup of coffee. The price is higher than in a regular coffeeshop or bakery but their stuffs never failed to satisfy me. My only problem is that if you want to eat in you need to pick a table for yourself, and sometimes it’s difficult for a solo traveller like me.
Overall too sweet.too expensive.it is not worth to pay for it.i feel all the time.
I recommend you that starbucks or Koi the or Brown (bubble tea).
Do not waste of your money.
A very good dessert cafe. Crowded all day. All desserts were delicious. I recommended Kakigori and Honey Toast. The coffee was not bad. Suitable for coming in group. Reservation and queue up in front of the shop. Credit card was acceptable. The price was quite high.
Recommended by a friend of mine, we decided to give it a try and we do really love their Mango Sticky Rice Shaved Ice! If you happened to visit After You, try it! Their toast is also great!
Shibuya Toast was nice as always. First trial of Hojisha Binsu which tasted very good with lots of boba inside.
Nice cozy cafe playing nice songs. A must when in Thailand. A bit pricey but worth it. Tasty and not overly sweet. Just nice. Ordered Milo Volcano Kakigon and Baby Nutella Toast. Though Toast is of a smaller size it is quite filling with 2 scoops of ice cream. Yum Yum
I came by at 7pm on a weekday and there was a queue for a short time. I ordered the Two Tone Kakigori which is the shaved ice with horlicks and Milo powder (255 baht). This was very delicious and there is a milo sauce that you can pour over it. At the base there are soft sponge cake pieces and Milo chocolates. I would highly recommend it.
Dessert is great. Ordered both toast and kakigori. Try out the strawberry cheesecake and thai tea kakigori. And they provide free tea at the counter with unlimited refill.
Staff trying to be friendly and accommodating. Good pancakes with nutella. 4 stars because they want a min of 500 baht for card payment.
The shibuya honey toast is a little on the sweet side but it was amazing. The vanilla ice cream and honey goes really well with the soft and buttery toast.
We also ordered the mango stick rice shaved ice. It was quite disappointing cos the shaved ice and mango weren't sweet at all. Maybe it wasn't mango season when we went cos they were quite sour leaving a sour and salty (from the coconut cream) in mouth.
Both desserts are very instagrammable
Their kakigori is very good but the size has decreased A LOT in 1 year, it is ridiculous! The price currently is 265thb for the “large” one.
Pictures of the new and old one.
Everything was so good. The best, but it took them a long time for each order to be served, and it's not even busy.
The mango kakigori was super great and only served in specific locations.
I frequent this outlet whenever I have a craving for sweet stuff and bingsoo. It used to be as crowded as the one in Siam Paragon when it first opened but it is rather manageable now.
No hassle cafe, just go order at the counter, grab a cup of the free flow mild cold tea and take a seat n they will serve your order later.
I had the thai tea kakigori and the Shibuya honey toast.
I just love this thai style bingsoo and the taste of thai milk tea and hence the kakigori hit the spot.
The shibuya honey toast was a really interesting combination of toast with a honey coating and ice cream.
Highly recommended!
Consistently good! One of my favorite dessert cafes. Highly recommend the Chocolate Mud Brownie.to die for!
