Adelphi Forty-Nine

The hotel has very good software and equipment. I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity.

The property is neat and clean with modern amenities. This service apartment is worth staying at. The staffs are friendly and helpful, to mention, Mr. Joe and Fab supported a lot.

I will visit Adelphi 49 Sukhumvit again next time when we are in Bangkok.

Everything is good, except that the attached restaurant has a small selection of dishes and the tableware is not very clean.everything else is great, the staff is very kind, the housekeeping is great, the room is very clean and there is a shuttle bus to the MRT station~~

This Adelphi Forty-Nine can be regarded as a serviced apartment. It is located in an inner street. Although there are many cars passing by downstairs, it is still quite peaceful.

In terms of facilities, basically everything you need is available, there are plenty of USB sockets, two free bottles of water per day, and a toaster. Unfortunately, there is no coffee machine, and the coffee provided is only three-in-one. There is also a washing machine under the kitchen cabinet with a built-in drying function. I have used it twice in seven nights. It is very convenient to use. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom and has basic facilities. The only thing missing is a shaver, so the only option is not to shave!

However, some details such as the light switch are a bit confusing, and I personally feel that it is not user friendly enough.

GREAT hotel! SUPER CLEAN! Great value-We have stayed at some pretty expensive hotels during many stays in Bangkok- but I saw the reviews and thought I would give this a try - and WOW I’m impressed

In a cool little neighborhood with lots of good restaurants within walking distance
For breakfast we went one door down to THE HUNGRY PACK it’s GREAT - open at 9AM - (we did not try the restaurant attached to hotel)

Honestly, I have travelled quite often to Bangkok, but this is the first time I have decided to stay at Adelphi. As much as I can say, I’m super impressed by the size of the room, the price, the service, not to mention how the room provides everything from a city view, with little plants to a bathtub that I can ease my day with. And all the facilities including the pool, the gym

Everything is so perfect, and there is nothing I could ask for from such room in the midst of location Sukhumvit 49.
The location is superb, walking around the area there are so many local cafes and restaurants.

There is massage available also and literally I enjoy every minute here that I’m staying

I can call this my second home

Overall this should be getting more than just 5 stars ️ ️️️️️️

The hotel was absolutely wonderful.
Comfortable, super clean and huge!
I loved the separation of living room and bedroom and was surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom.

Would definitely go back. Yui and Pat were wonderful. They made sure I got my taxi to the airport on time.:)

Between 2022 and 2023, I have stayed in Adelphi 49 close to 10 times for both work and leisure in Bangkok.

During all of my stays in the past 1 year, I’ve been well taken care by front desk staff Yui and Joe. They are the reason why I always return to Adelphi 49 and I have not stayed in another hotel in Bangkok since.

The housekeeping staff in Adelphi 49 are also very lovely and hardworking, making sure that my rooms are always well cleaned and smelling good. Rooms are massive and well furnished with modern taste. One TV in the living room and one TV in the bedroom. The living room has a 3-seater couch, desk & chair, and also a dining area. Kitchen area is also well equipped with everything I need including washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, and lots of clean shiny utensils. The bathroom is also HUGE and comes with a rain shower, and even a bathtub. The toilet seat has built-in bidets with multiple functions. The spacious bedroom also has a vanity area. Overall, there are also lots of storage space. This is truly a hidden gem in Phrom Phong / Thong Lo area. For its price, the value is unbeatable compared to other hotels that charge double but can’t even deliver half of what Adelphi 49 offers in their room.

In addition to the excellent rooms, front desk staff Yui and Joe always go the extra mile to help me e.g. Arranging transport to other parts of Thailand like Pattaya and they always remember my preferences for specific rooms. It’s their warm service that always make me feel welcomed in Adelphi 49, and every time I see them I feel like I’m seeing my old friends again. I’ve travelled the world extensively but I’ve never experienced such wonderful hospitality in any accommodation, except Adelphi 49.

Thank you P’Yui and P’Joe for always making my stay memorable and comfortable, and also the hardworking housekeeping that I’ve never got to thank. I will always look forward to my stay here.

Great hotel! We stayed in one bedroom apartment for 3 night and everything was great. Room has washing machine with dryer, tub, shower, big fridge, two tvs, fully equipment kitchen. Air condition is working fine. Swimming pool is very nice. Also stuff is very nice, especially Q and Fab:)

Room was nice but the service was the star! Don't think I have ever met such lovely people, went above and beyond in everything. Definitely recommend.

This place was great very clean and nice. Mr Joe is the man to see he is the one that helps with bags and recommendations in the lobby. He showed us were to go very nice man. Definitely needs a raise very well appreciated. If you need help ask for Mr. Joe.

A small hotel with nicely decorated suites. It's newly opened (as of Feb 2019). Complete in house facilities including cooking and washing and drying. Walking distance (700 meters) to Thonglo BTS station. Also walking distance to big shopping mall that has many dining choices.

Very clean and nice hotel, all amnesties are great and the staff is a cut above, they are so friendly and helpful, very happy to reccomend them and rate 5 stars.

Very nice, well-maintained apartment hotel. Facilities are good, elegant decoration style and nice staff. Only negative thing is location, need to take BTS to main business areas, nearest shopping mall is about 15min walk, but walking in Bangkok city is definitily not a pleasant experience.

A very decent hotel but the road outside is horrible. We love the living room and kitchen for family. The top infinity swimming pool is excellent as well.

It's a nice cozy hotel but the pool area and gym needs some work. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was polite, nice, and professional.

There are many restaurants around here and it is conveniently located, so I often use this hotel when I go to Bangkok. The room is clean and cozy.

Best hotel I ever stayed in! Staff are so friendly and made our wedding anniversary stay extra special. They left a lovely pair of cakes that tasted so good in the fridge for us. Thank you so much! I wish I could live here! Also the toilet has to be seen to be believed. The seat can be warmed and has multiple setting to help ensure you are extra clean. You can open a flap on the toilet controls to access even more controls (like how heated the seat should be and how strong the anal water jet is).
