This place took my money for a package of cycling classes, and then closed down the Ari branch. Nobody had the decency to tell me this at the time of purchase. So I had to wait 2 months for the new location to open. Then, my passes expired so I lost over 1000thb.
The classes aren’t bad (the music and some of the trainers are far too loud though) if you want to deal with the appalling customer service and the expense of shelling out over 10k in one go. I won’t be going back…

It’s closed since Dec 2022 and opened a new branch at Vanit village on 15 Feb 2023, about 5 mins walking away from BTS Ari.

Staff were alright. Was not brought for the studio tour but good thing I know how absolute cycle operates. They assisted me on how to loosen the shoes though, that's a good thing. Parking coupons provided if you're driving. Spin class was alright.

The classes are well organized and the staff is friendly and competent. However, the locker rooms are quite dirty. There is hair everywhere whenever I go. I hope this will change as otherwise the place is really nice.

Very commercial yoga and Pilates studio. Staff is not very friendly. Pilates Instructors are cool without smiles. Not all classes are operated with air con. It is quite hot and smelly for summer.
The merit is that all Pilates reformers are newly brought. The Pilates room is tidy while yoga room looks rather worn.

Instructors are not bar but people bring their mobile into yoga classes. Every class at least a few phones rings - not that peaceful and zen. It has a very strong commercialised vibe too now. Yoga and Me nearby is much more serene and homey.
