Make sure to request tower two because tower one is dingey, smells like mice, and the rooms are much less modern and much smaller for the same price as tower 2. My room in tower 2 (7th floor) was beautiful and clean but in tower 1 (11th floor) my room was full of scuffed walls with dirty smudged windows and a large AC unit obstructing the view. When I raised this concern with management they were able to change my booking after a few days in Tower 1 but were unable to compensate for the difference between the rooms for the remaining nights in which tower 2 is unavailable. Also my room in tower 2 had a stove while tower 1's room did not. Also tower 2 is closer to the pool which is nice. Also the pictures on the website are of Tower 2.

Nice big room. Quiet and decent location. The cafe next door has good coffee and is a great meeting place.

It had good location Near By BTS station for easy and fast transportation, also they have outside hungry brown caffee which can be accessed from Tower B second floor

They have excellent customer service staffs are friendly

They have also Gym open from 7: 00 am till 9: 00 pm

Swimming pool same timing

Also they have Breakfast service additional charge of 300 BHT which I did not try

I lived in Tower B: in 3rd floor apartment 2034 which was primer room

Good looking clean, only had one issue with smell and AC was dribbling they fixed it for me in no time

How ever rooms are big and comfortable

Pillows are clean not smelly

Toilet is clean as well good water pressure

They have shampoo and body wash in toilet

This place is good for family

And it's fair deal for price you buy

Excellent staff and location. Happy customer for years, we always stay here. Close enough to City center but not too close, in a real Thai neighborhood. Very close to BTS (light rail), about 3 min walk and 35 baht ($1 USD), to get anywhere in the city. Best value. Best staff.

All the amenities of a comfortable apartment are there, including a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, and WiFi internet. The apartment is serviced daily according to your schedule. The staff are excellent, courteous, and have gone out of their way to provide assistance. They enhanced my stay. Would I stay here again? I will.

Great location just a short walk from Victory Monument, lots of shopping malls, restaurants, Saxophone jazz & blues pub, skytrain, hospitals and more.

Two cockroaches came out of the bathroom and the living room first night. And ᆢ The hotel did not specify a notice before the contract that could not be used because the swimming pool was under construction. When I asked for a fix, the hotel gave me an absurd answer that I was responsible for the guests. I regretted why I chose a quiet place away from downtown. I don't want to use this hotel again.

Pro: Great location 5 minutes walk to BTS and restaurants, room is spacious & some what accomodating staff.

Cons: The hotel is outdated, the bathroom and common area are needed for deep cleaning. There are mold everywhere in the shower, both walls & floor.

Should drop the exclusive from the name. Avoid building B at the very least. Room was pretty old and tired. Curtain was torn, balcony door didn't close, and stains and peeling paint everywhere. Only plus was the pool. Much better in neighbourhood.

Rooms are large but spartans, not many decorations.feels more as a thai business hotel. Pool is great but if on other wing you need to find it. Around has not many things to do. Recommended for passing trough only.

This place is amazing.
It is super clean and the rooms are extremely spacious. Staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating.
We had a cot added to our room and they prepared it perfectly. This will be a regular place we stay from now on.
It's easy to get to with or without a car.
Very central to everywhere we needed to be.

Nice and clean. There are 2 buildings, A and B. Good facilities include fitness room and outdoor swimming pool. A cosy cafe is up front around main entrance.
The place has shortcut passage to the metro train station. So it is convenient to get around.

Nice place, dated but clean. Stayed with my 2yr old here for two weeks in Nov 2020 as I arrived on assignment for work. The restaurant staff were kind and friendly to my toddler, but management was not organized, the entire restaurant had so many seats and tables with all marked as “reserved” but there seemed to be no guests dining in the restaurant at all, and I was forced to sit in a small dark corner right at the rear entrance of the restaurant. I was refused and not allowed to sit in the air conditioned part of the restaurant and told I could only use the cafe or the one lone table in a dark corner of the back entry in the restaurant, or I had to sit outside. It seems the owner has booked out the entire space indefinitely for his or her own purposes and even though completely empty, they never release it for paying guests! Very unpleasant experience with the cafe.the cafe downstairs, staff are not friendly, always chatting and watching YouTube on the POS computer, and not paying attention to guests, they messed up my order once and i waited for 40 minutes for food that never arrived. Slow and sometimes unstable wifi. I do not recommend for families and definitely not friendly or good facilities for business travellers or conferencing services, it is only good for temporary stay.

I've stayed at Abloom several times and was always happy with it. Rooms are a bit old but quite large, comfortable and well maintained. Quiet and convenient location. Reasonable price makes it a bargain. Swimming pool is nice and conference rooms are better than some high-end hotels in Bangkok.

เรียกว่าถ้าใครอยู่ยาวๆ อยู่ได้สบาย มีทั้งครัว ตู้เย็น มีแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน เรียกว่าทำครัว ทานอาหารเสร็จ ไม่ต้องล้างเองเลย มีห้องออกกำลังกาย ห้องอาหาร ตู้เสื้อผ้า ตู้อบ แบบหยอดเหรียญ ในห้องพักมีเตารีดเตรียมไว้ให้เรียบร้อย

ส่วนความสะดวกการเดินทาง ถ้าเอารถมาสบายใจเรื่องที่จอดรถได้ เพราะมีเยอะมาก แต่ถ้าไม่ได้เอารถมาก็เดินทะลุซอยที่เค้าทำทางเดินไว้ให้ก็ไปออกถนนพหลโยธินตรงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าสนามเป้าได้สบายๆ

The location is good. It is very close to the BTS station. However the first room I got is very dark which made me uncomfortable. Especially for this trip I mainly planned to stay indoors. In general I feel like this building is a little old and the furniture and decoration inside are a little worn out. But overall it is clean and spacious. Will recommend if you do travel a lot during your stay. Will NOT recommend if you plan to stay 90% of the time indoor.
