If you have a little budget for your travelling plan, this place is recommended cause it is near close enough to BTS, siam mall and siam discovery.
Madame Tussauds Museum is in this mal, and if you like to browse around this area is quite perfect.
By tuktuk you can go to chatuchak market, but you have to bargain for the price. Just for your information pratunam is a market like tanah abang in Jakarta. So dont spend your money too much at other market just compare the price with this market if you have enough time.

You can have breakfast but for my friend moslem, you must carrefully pick the meat menu cause sometimes they serve bacon (which not beef but pork) / ham.
But you can take salad, bread or eggs.

For one/two room at 3rd floor a bit smelly from the closet. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have another room. And this place has no elevator/lift, so if you bring a huge luggage, just pretend that you are in a middle of training programme that make your muscle bigger and stronger.
And dont have a honeymoon plan in this hotel cause this not soundproof. A bit noisy if ppl walk outside. But dont worry, just feel like home. And dont get amaze to the five stars hotel across because it is an opposite scenery.
Have a nive travelling.

Located in a non-descript side road, close to mbk and siam mall, and BTS train station 10 minutes walk, 7-eleven 5 minutes walk, friendly lady in reception, room is very small, has a sink, fridge and kettle. No drinking water supplied.

With COVID causing a massive oversupply of rooms in Bangkok there are currently many better and cheaper alternatives.

This place is so nice and cozy. Love the fact that they have a little kids corner where they can play and also baby seats for feeding. The rooms are modest, but the AC works perfectly, the shower is great and you can also use the electric cup in your room for heating water for baby formula. The breakfast is simple but enough to get your day started and the staff are very kind and helpful! I recommend it!

The rooms and the toilet are small but it is clean and the desk staff is so friendly & helpful. They allow us for 3 hours early check-in without any cost. We found hot water on the room. MBK shopping center is 30 meters from the hotel. Only problems with no lift for baggage. I will come again for the next visit because of the location and rate.

Nice place to stay if your on a budget. Rooms are basic, but beds are comfortable and they have their own bathrooms. Staff very friendly and polite. They serve breakfast downstairs, and have a computer area. It’s a good location, next to shopping districts MBK and Siam square, with no shortage of dining options near by. You also have National stadium BTS station near by, so it’s easy to explore the city from here.

We have stayed there 2 Times Now, It is small Oldish But Staff are VERY Friendly, The Breakfast was Very nice & Accommodating, The Location is very short to MBK & BTS also the other way to River Canal, This is why we would go back Thank you for our Vacations

This hotel location is superb, just walking distance to Siam paragon and MBK. The hotel room were not so good, compare to hotel. But it's worth the money I think. They provide simple breakfast like toast, eggs, and salad. Overall it's fine.

Used the laundry service and it came back smelling of mould. Also, they round up everything to the next kilo, so if your laundry weighs 1.1kg they will charge you for 2kg. 160 baht!

1 star as hotel, 3 star as guest house.outdated, shower, not so shower, full of chalk, drains dont suck, u dont have blanket, 5cm thick sponge mattress. Everything is just so dirty, as specially windows. I paid over price from this 3 star place, just go to hopeland 3 star and give ratings after that.

Best place for small value! Clean inside. Lobby. Aircon good. View also good. Location is the best! Cotton bed dress. Small kitchen in room. Also you can leave your bags after checkout at the lobby. The only minus is there is no elevator inside, so you must go upstairs with your luggage.

The Cons:
1. Zero soundproofing- I could hear the receptionist clipping her nails, and people coming in and out of the hotel at 3am. That's how bad the soundproofing. I had to improvise earplugs with my headphones to be able to sleep the 2-3 hours that I did.
2. Bad smell in room - there is a smell of drainage in the room. This is confounded by the fact that the toilet door is not a proper door and is partially open to the room.
3. Small size of room - this is OK and as others have mentioned the toilet is very small and no hose spray. The

Pros:
1. Good location: just a few minutes walk to BTS and MBK mall
2. Breakfast is included, and it was satisfactory
3. Good choice of TV channels.
4. Friendly staff - they were very nice.

Personally I would not come back as the cons outweighed the pros, but maybe this would not be an issue for some people who are used to it. Glad I stayed for just one night.

Nice place it's walking distance from MBK and train station and boat station the hotel serve free breakfast.

Cheap price and close to 3 major malls and the bts. Just needs a it more maintenance as it's in a slow decline.

Terrible rooms like jail. Location is the only good thing. Shower is dreadful and with toilets so small. Worh pay more amd stay in normal place

No lift staff no helpful and breakfast not good and shower so close to toilet u can sit on it when have shower.

It opposite to the LIT hotel in Bangkok and 5-7 min walk from MBK center. Price is reasonable which includes breakfast.

Good points: good breakfast compared with hostel price, very close and can walk to BTS, MBK, Siam center, bangkok art and culture.

Bad points: room size is not like what explained in the hostel description (25m2), rooms are very small, and the smell is not good at all

Though the staffs are polite, the rooms are always dirty & the worst is that their narrow bath room got bad smell even after having cleaned.
