A-One Bangkok Hotel

What a discovery. I had to go to the Bangkok Hospital so flew in, not knowing what to expect. It was amazing and very efficient. The shuttle to the hospital is free and regular, every 30 mins. It was quiet and the rooms had a good range of fittings and services. I would reccommend for hospital visits but maybe a bit far out for quick city visits

One of the worst experience I had in hotel. They did not give me the room I booked. And they said it wasn't their fault. I asked to refund or have the room I booked but they don't want to do it for me. Looks they don't care much. Hotel is not clean at all its very old style and terrible location there is one 7eleven and nothing else no where to walk around.

The condition of the hotel here is so bad and people talk about each other differently, so I don't recommend going there. You have to walk a long way to places other than the 7-Eleven nearby, and there are too many places with no sidewalks and it looks dangerous, so I really don't recommend this place.

Room is pretty old but the room deposit is like twice the price of other nearby places.
Location is pretty nice since it located in city centre

Beautiful room. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Left a deposit of 2000 Bath. The optimal location for my interests. But there are certainly better areas to be a tourist.

Was nice and clean, close to location that we needed, maybe a bit pricey, but only stayed 1 night, nothing to complain about

Motel not hotel, pool and facilities in a different building. Room was spacious and nice, but not very clean.
Definitely not ideal for solo travelling woman as some trouble and bad behaviour in corridors that wasn't addressed.
Pool was nice but again, not ideal due to other guest behaviour.

ไม่น่าเชื่อ ว่าจะมีที่พักกลางเมือง ราคาไม่แพง ห้องดูกว้างขวาง สอาด ที่นอนหนานุ่มผ้าปูอย่างดี เสียแต่กลิ่นบุหรี่ยังมีกลิ่นให้กลิ่นในห้องนิดหน่อย
ชอบค่ะ. จะไปพักอีกเพราะราคา และสดวกค่ะ

พนักงาน ยกกระเป๋าผู้ชาย ที่ โรงแรม ดูเหมือนไม่พอใจเลยครับ พูดไม่คอยดี สีหน้า เหมือนไม่ค่อย อยากทำงานนะคับ ลบกวนปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้คับ ขอบคุณครับ

Don't stay unless it's your last option.
Many stay here for test and go but it's not worth the trouble dealing with the reception and staff here. Says 4 star but see a guest house with better services.

ชุ่ย 2. ให้เบอร์ห้องผิด ทำให้มีของที่ตนเองไม่ได้สั่งมาส่งที่ห้องตัวเอง
อย่างอื่นไม่มีข้อติ แต่เรื่องข้อมูลลูกค้า และ ผลตรวจโควิด ไม่ควรจะผิดพลาดนะค่ะ ควรเช็คให้รอบคอบ

The hotel do not respond or delayed in responding to emails. This is after we have paid the hotel.

A elegant hotel in a nice place
- The hotel is located in an upmarket place & the area is surrounded by the high class eateries & malls
- Breakfast & restaurant is good
- The room is good, just get rooms on higher floors for good views
- The staff is professional but can be better
Stay here if you need a higher category hotel & not more of tour

Although it seems on the map as if the hotel was close to public transportation, it is not. You always need to take a taxi or walk for at least 40 minutes to the next Metro/BTS.
I booked the most expensive "executive deluxe room". But even in this category, everything looks old with stains on it. The hotel's best days seem to be long over: (

Superb hotel! Staff were polite and good room service. The swimming pool water was a bit salty which lead to eye irritation. Other than that no issues. Had a good stay

I personally found the start very bad when they did not provide a cab from even the nearby metro.but then the room was too good and clean and big something for this price was not possible to get
The let down was the location perhaps as one has to take a cab of 120 baht to go skhumuvit area
The food was good too
But Overall the experience was good

+ buffet
+ personel

- not as tidy as expected
- outdoor swimming pool on 6th floor looks muuuuuch worse than in the pics

There are better places in BKK at similar price.

We stayed in many hotels till now but It was our worst experience in this hotel. Staff don’t know English at all.they are not helpful, not friendly, very very rude! They are not professional staffs, very low class behaviours! Rooms not so clean and bright. The only good thing about it is the buffet. No access to public transportation! The only way is taxi. I never recommend this hotel to anyone

For its price it is hard to beat. The rooms are very clean although they are a bit small. You have a very fast internet connection. You have choice Astro channels and there is a bar fridge in the room. But I did not switch it on. Toilet and toiletries provided although now they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste
