I recently experienced an unexpected secondary screen malfunction of my Fuji Xpro3 camera during my three-day stay in Bangkok. In a hurry, I first consulted an official Fujifilm repair center, but I was disappointed by their response. Since my device was not purchased in Thailand, they offered me a totally excessive price and a delay of several weeks.
Faced with this situation, I was recommended by the Fuji manager to go to Fortune Mall, where camera repairers are also present. Unfortunately, the repair time was also two weeks minimum.

Extremely kind people here, I recommend this shop. I am thrifty and purchased a third party battery in the United States where I’m from. The battery swelled up and got stuck in my camera.

Go anywhere but NOT HERE! I brought my Sony RX100M7 with a display issue. My camera was fully working except the main display. I showed the camera to the guy. On that point the viewfinder was working, Zoom and lens was working, we could take pictures etc - as I said, all fine except main display. Then he took the camera to have a closer look. Suddenly he began to! SCRATCH the cable with his NAILS! Why? ! After that it was completely not functional at all. It freezes on starting and even won‘t start up anymore. Then the guy laughed at me and said this thing is broken, he can not help me. Hm sorry, but few seconds before the camera was working fine? ! I wanted to make an repair by replacing the cable no matter if the camera is working after that or not. But he turned his back on me to do other things and left me a completely unusable and greasy camera! Dude, you can not handle electronic parts with dirty hands! I had to clean my cam after this horror show! Thanks for nothing! Just my five cent: I studied electronics but here I don‘t have any possibility to repair it on my own, I strongly guess there is a short circuit caused by the defective cable and therefore the power breaks down while starting it up. Would be easy to replace it if I would have parts.

I brought my Nikon Z7 it for repair because the display screen was not working. The technician diagnosed the problem as the ribbon cable between body and screen. They ordered the part and after 2 weeks it arrived and they fixed my camera immediately. I am very happy with the service ️

My sony a7 classic suddenly not working. I brough it to Vimon repair shop. The staff informed me later that the camera is not worth it to be repaired. They didnt charge the camera checking. The place is quite easy to find from Victory Monument station or Phaya Thai station. They can communicate well in English.

ประทับใจในการบริการมาก ๆ ครับ ผมมีเลนส์ที่ตกพื้นแล้วใส่กล้องไม่ได้ ไปใช้บริการทางร้านใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงหาทางแก้ไขให้ทุกทาง แต่เนื่องจากตัวนี้อะไหล่ยังไม่มี จึงยังไม่สามารถซ่อมตอนนี้ได้ ทางร้านก็ไม่คิดเงินกับลูกค้าเลย บอกว่าเป็นการบริการ ทั้ง ๆ ที่เราจะให้ทางร้านก็ไม่รับ แถมยังบริการหาน็อคช่วยใส่ให้กับ 70-200 ของผมที่น็อคหลุดหายไป 3 ตัว ทางร้านก็หาและมาใส่ให้ไม่คิดมูลค่าด้วย บริการดี บริการด้วยคำพูดสุภาพและรอยยิ้ม ประทับใจมาก ๆ และขอบคุณที่ให้บริการที่ดีสำหรับลูกค้าขาจร ซึ่งไม่ได้เป็นลูกค้าประจำมาก่อนด้วยครับ

เจ้าหน้าที่ชื่อคุณยุ้ย บริการดีมากค่ะ พอดีจะใช้กล้องเอาไปต่างจังหวัด จึงส่งไปซ่อมเพราะไม่ว่างเอากล้องไปด้วยตัวเอง คุณยุ้ยประสานงานให้เป็นอย่างดีค่ะ
หากต้องซ่อมกล้อง แนะนำว่าหาเวลาเอาไปส่งเองจะดีที่สุดค่ะ พอรับงานซ่อมแล้วจะได้ตรวจเทสที่หน้าร้านเลยค่ะ

I had my camera fixed. It had black spot on the lense and lense shutter had problems. I sent the camera to bkk from Ubon. I had the camera back in working order inside 5 days. They kept me well informed about what needed to be done to fix the camera. They know what they are doing. I would use them again.

ติดต่อไปปรึกษาเรื่องซ่อมกล้อง ช่างก็ช่วยดูให้อย่างดีเลยค่ะ เลนส์ร้าวนิดหน่อยแต่ช่างโทรกลับมาบอกว่ายังไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนดีกว่าเพราะแพง อธิบายดีมาก ไม่พยายามให้เราเปลี่ยน มืออาชีพมากๆ ค่ะ ถ้าวันไหนมีปัญหาจะไปใช้บริการแน่นอนค่ะ
