คอนโดร่มรื่น ติดถนนพระรามเก้า-รามคำแหงฝั่งเข้าเมือง ชอบที่ภายในจัดได้ร่มรื่นแยกสัดส่วนชัดเจน ผู้พักอาศัยไม่ค่อยพุ่งพล่านเหมือนคอนโดอื่นๆ รปภ. และระบบเข้าออกปลอดภัยรัดกุม ชอบครับ แต่เสียดายถ้าไม่ขับรถเอง และจะใช้ระบบรถสาธารณะจะต้องเดินไกลหน่อยเพื่อมาขึ้นเอลิงค์ และไม่มีวินมอไซด์ตรงนั้น

Lovely condo located in the heart of bangkok city.excellent location with 4 mins to thonglor/ekkamai, 3 mins to RCA and walking distance to airport link.

Very convenient location if you drive and work at the rama 9 new central business district or the main international airport. A new MRT station being built and start operation next year

Quiet and cozy condominium, close to the airport (15 mins by car), near express way gate and not too far from heart of Bangkok. But I would not recommended for who mainly use public transportation.

Great condo and convenient location although it's not close to BTS or MRT. Walk in distance to shops, street foods vendors. Nice setting with a garden, swimming pool and Gym. Common areas are hot and humid because they turn off the Air Conditioner.

Be caution if you are thinking of buying here. Horrible building for the one that have to drive to work.
1. Bad location - the security guard will push every vehicle that out from building to turn left and go to make a u-turn on Ramkhamhaeng rd. I oftenly took 20 min.to u-trun back to the intersection.
2. No enough parking space with bad manage building manager team - I live here since Sep19 and the building manager are unable to manage unauthorized parking oftenly i have no spot even i have one for my room. They just implement penalty for unauthorized parkung this month Sep20, took them a year for just a simple solution but still very full. Seem like they only implement to quiet the complain but didnt make a serious control.
3. Bottle neck entrance - dont know what were the architect team thinking of making bottle neck entrance. It is very narrow if there are cars quequing for going out, you are almost can't make turn to go in.
4. Lot of airbnb stay - last year before covid, there are lot of visitor rental. It might be good location to buy as airbnb visitor doesnt have car but with covid. I'm sure it will be difficult to rent out, not worth investing.
5. Common area is so dirty - swiming pool have some garbage eg. Tissue paper fly over as it close to the road and under the bridge.
Elevetor rarely wipe. I clear plasyic sheet that they put on the button for easy clean for covid only change twice since March20 (today is Sep). LoLo of Hand sanitizer drop inside the lift.
6. Much more - so inconclusion not for live in or invest. Don't buy
