I bought this Setthasiri Onut Srinakarindra house for my Thai daughter in 2014. In 2015 the front left foundation started sinking. A major rectification was carried out by Sansiri (within 5 years warranty) to propped up the house and strengthen the foundation.
End of last year 2020, the living room floor tiles began to popped out. At the meeting in my house after I complained, the representatives from Sansiri insisted that it was caused by the heat and they are not responsible besides the 5 years warranty has lapsed.
When we carried out the major work to replace all the tiles, we discovered that the flooring was of mainly sand mixed with very little cement (8 cm thick). 2 mm coating of cement glued the tiles.
This could be the reason that caused the tiles to popped out

They may want to be a kind of specialized real estate enterprise, but for me, they are still a long away.

I had rent Mochit JJ, Sansiri property, and had some unpleasant situations. They had no official account for contract, so I need to wait for the deposit more over due date. Furthermore, they still do not transfer the rest of deposit-It is little, but they need to keep the contract!

Furthermore, they applied a different rules for move in and out. When checking the room for move in, they just checked a default of things. Then the day I moved out, surprisingly they checked the all the stains and charge the cleaning fee. They had no strict rule for it.

If they want to be a specialized company,
First: Do the staff training
Second: State a rule
Third: Provide official accounts for staff
The professionalism is not from just a amount of money, but the process.

ผมซื้อบ้านกับทางโครงการบ้านแสนสิริ ครับ แถว ๆพระรามสอง คือหลังจากซื้อในใจก็คิดว่าคงจะปล่อยปะละเลย เหมือนกับโครงการ อื่นทั่วไป แต่นั่นไม่เลยครับ แสนสิริ ดูแลลูกบ้านดีมาก เวลาแจ้งปัญหาที่บ้าน ก็มีคนขับรถมาดูก่อนแล้วจากนั้นจึงตามช่างมา แสดงถึงความใส่ใจดี แล้วเค้าก็จะมีกิจกรรมมาให้ลูกบ้านร่วมสนุกอยู่เรื่อย ๆ
เพื่อนบ้านก็ดีครับ เพราะที่ทำกิจกรรมเยอะมาก ไม่ผิดหวังเลย

ซื้้้อคอนโดโครงการดีคอนโดรีสอร์ทบางนาปรากฎว่าท่อน้ำประปาแตกในผนังปูน การดูแลหลังการขายจะโยนปัญหาไปที่โฮมแคร์อย่างเดียว. จังหวะหมดประกันจากโฮมแคร์ บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบการก่อสร้าง. ผิดหวังกับบริษัทนี้ครับไม่ดูแลลูกค้า

Home care ทำงานแย่และช้ามาก โอนคอนโดมา1เดือนแล้วยังไม่ได้เข้าอยู่ อ้างนู้นอ้างนี่ตลอด แถมพอมาซ่อมก็ทำของเสียหายเพิ่มอีก ก็ต้องรอซ่อมอีก ไม่ได้เข้าอยู่สักที
