ตึกสำนักงานให้เช่า มี ที่จอดรถสำหรับพนักงาน ปลอดภัย หากต้องการติดต่อธุระกับบริษัทในตึกนี้ อย่าลืมแสตมป์บัตรจอดรถ เพื่อไม่ต้องเสียค่าจอดราคาเต็ม (ชั่วโมงละ50บาท เมื่อปี2564) บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ มีคอนโด ไม่ติดรถไฟฟ้า มีรถเมลล์ผ่าน
ไปไม่ยาก, ที่จอดรถแคบและระหว่างชั้นค่อนข้างเตี้ยไปหน่อย รถสูงๆอาจมีปัญหาได้ คงด้วยพื้นที่จำกัด ระบบการเข้า-ออก สู่ด้านในทำได้ดี
เคยติดต่อ หลายครั้ง เพราะเรื่องงาน แม้ว่าทางเข้าจะยากกน่อย แต่ก็ถือว่าเป็นจุดยุทธศาสตร์ประสานงานธุรกิจได้เหมาะสม
มาส่งของบ่อยๆช่วงเที่ยงก็จะแวะกินก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่สูตรตุ๋นยาจีนรสชาดอร่อยดีราคาถูกและมีร้านขายกาแฟสดอยูข้างตึกด้วยครับ
ตึกเก่า สาธารณูปโภคพอใช้ได้ แต่จะเอาอินเทอร์เน็ตเข้าออฟฟิตยาก และมีค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งไม่น่าเชื่อว่า ตึกออฟฟิตในสมัยนี้ยังจะมีข้อจำกัดแบบนี้อีก
เป็นสถานที่ทำงานที่มีมุมมองไกลที่สุดอย่างเพลิดเพลิน และน่าพอใจกับทางวิ่งรถในลานจอดที่ทำได้ดีทีเดียวถ้าขับแบบไม่รีบ
This is an average office building. The security procedures for getting in and out of the building are a little annoying. Other than that it is OK. It has a convenience store in the ground floor.
Far from MRT and BTS station. Not comfortable with public transit. Taxi or motorbike taxi only.
