The issue I had with the chubby guy

ล่าสุดมาทำธุระที่นี่ไม่สามารถขอใช้ห้องน้ำในตัวอาคารได้ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เหตุผลว่าห้องน้ำมีไว้ให้เจ้าของอาคารใช้เท่านั้น. สมควรปรับปรุงบริการอย่างมาก

ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าตัวอาคารและยืนรอนอกตัวอาคารนานกว่า 50 นาที เพราะไม่ทราบว่าต้องมีผลตรวจ ATK มาแสดงก่อนเข้าอาคารทุกครั้งในกรณีที่ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิดไม่ถึง 3 เข็ม โดยส่วนตัวคิดว่าการตรวจ ATK ก่อนเข้าตึกไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องทำแล้วเนื่องจากคนโดยส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิคุ้มกันหมู่แล้วและทางราชการก็ได้ลดระดับความเข้มงวดเกี่ยวกับการตรวจ ATK หรือ PCR แล้ว ดังนั้นทางผู้บริหารที่นี่น่าจะพิจารณาผ่อนปรนมาตราการป้องกันการติด COVID ด้วยการตรวจ ATK ลงบ้าง

Has such a good view with awesome location.
Really enjoyed staying here during my first visit of Bangkok.

คุณเจ้าของสถานที่พูดคุยเป็นกันเองและดูหว่งใยลูกบ้านทุกท่านบริการยอดเยี่ยมมากๆค่ะพนักงานน่ารักทุกคนเลยค่ะส่วนใหญ่จะมาอยู่กันเป็นครอบครัวค่ะอยู่กันที่นานหลายปีเลยค่ะไม่อยากย้ายไปที่อื่นเพราะที่นี่มีพร้อมทุกอย่างอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้งมีร้านอาหารนานาชาติและดังๆอร่อยๆภายในสถานทีาและใกล้ๆทั้งนั้นค่ะเดินทางไปมาสะดวกมากค่ะมีรถคอยบริการฟรีด้วนค่ะ ขอเชิญผู้ที่กำลังหาที่พักอาศัยที่ดูหรูหราราคาสบายกระเป๋าและมีครบพร้อมเข้าอยู่ได้เลยแบบสบายๆต้องที่นี่เลยค่ะ.

The amenity are great 2 pools 2 huge gyms great front desk staff and spartments to die the views are amazing

I would’ve given 5 stars up until our last day which was today. We were accused of breaking a screw cap in the shower which isn’t something you break, it’s a screw cap. The guy in building 39 also tried to say we broke the refrigerator which we never used during our stay. Management from building 41 swore at us and yelled and I’ve never EVER seen such poor management up until we were checking out. It’s okay for us to pay 25,000 baht to stay and then try to charge us an additional 700bht for things we didn’t break. Management In building 41 and the darker bald guy in building 39 were the only let down. Everyone else was lovely and thank you to the girl who understood that we didn’t break it and let us go. Would not recommend this place at all after today

ห้องพักโอเคดี เริ่มเก่าแต่ก็ดีอยู่ แผนกแม่บ้านโอเค แต่ของใช้ในห้องพักบางอย่างหมดสต็อก แผนกพนักงานต้อนรับเป็นต่างชาติทางเราจ่ายเงิน late check out พอนั่งรอเช็คห้อง1นาที พนักงานแจ้งว่าเราไม่ได้ให้เงินพนังงานไป พนักงานหาเงิน1พันบาทไม่เจอ นางพูดขึ้นมาว่าเปิดกล้องดูได้ว่าไม่ได้รับเงินมา
เราก็บอกเช็คเลยๆ นางพูดวนไปวนมา ยกสมุดขึ้นมาเงินล่วงพันนึง
ควรเช็คให้ดีก่อนมั้ยก่อนที่จะมาบอกว่าลูกค้าไม่ได้จ่ายตัง
ปีก่อนๆดีกว่านี้ แย่ไม่กลับมาพักอีกค่ะ

ราคาเหมาะสม สถานที่ OK มีสระว่ายน้ำฟิตเนส ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น สะดวกสบาย แต่ห้องน้ำสำหรับแขกผู้มาเยือน ไม่ดีเลย เลยให้ 3 ดาว

If you are thinking to move in this condo for living as Expat. Think twice.
-Overpriced
-Bad service (a part of some good person in reception)
-Rent invoices always wrong.
-When you leave they try to get money out of nothing, and here I mean they invent reasons to get money.
-No Support at all, they only want money.

สกปรก แบ่งแยกชนชั้น ห้องน้ำก็ไม่มีให้ใช้ลานจอดรถมีห้องน้ำให้ใช้ได้แค่ห้องเดียวที่ชั้น5ไฟฟ้าก็ไม่มีอ่างล้างหน้าก็เอาก๊อกออกไม่รู้จะอะไรขนาดนั้น. เจ้าของเป็นแขกมาหาแดกเมืองไทยยังมาทำแบบนี้อีกไม่ขอแนะนำให้มาใช้บริการหรอก

Good location.
Very helpful stuff at reception.
Modern design.
Fully equipped gym and other sport facilities.
Swimming pool and a sauna.

Luxurious af.

Avoid this place.
This is the most overpriced place I have been.
- Internet does not work or is slow as 64kps
- Management is bad and unfriendly and totally not customer oriented.
- Location is bad: nothing close by, in 7/11 are far away plus dangerous road to walk

It was one of the comfy places in Bangkok. A small apartment that had everything - just what I needed!
It is situated in the central area of Sukhumvit. The staff was very generous and accommodating.
Great pool, steam and sauna section. I loved my stay here.

Value for money purpose. Yes. Do not expect quality facility in here. Staffs are nice and friendly but needs loads of improvements on the details.

The hotel was perfect, it was all clean and looked luxury we hat an apartment in the 28. Floor the view was amazing, even better at the pool on 30. Floor:) the people at the reception were nice and helpful ️

Nice condo, modern, medium SIZED, kitchens are nice with new appliances and an oven, great amenities, BBQ grill, snooker table, A Nice Snooker, brand new and nobody ever uses it, basketball, Futsal, ping pong, air hockey, kids play area etc. The pools and play equipment are all new and upkept well. The tennis court is nice, on the roof, outdoor and covered.
The bad points are, it's on soi 39, one way road so if you have a driver, it 20-30 minutes, at least to get in and out EVERYDAY. Traffic is horrendous! Almost better off walking in from Sukhumvit! It's not too bad if you aren't afraid to take moto sai guy.
And, it's Indian owned, so that pool that is so nice, yeah, if you want to have a friend over to swim there, they CHARGE YOU 500 BAHT PER GUEST!
They have a BBQ grill, two actually, but if you want to use them, THEY CHARGE YOU 5000 BAHT!
It's expensive, rent wise but if your company flips the bill, who cares! Mostly Japanese live here, so you don't have to worry about your neighbors being to loud or them complaining about you being too loud either, lol
The guest charging policy and the traffic in and out and is what deterred us from this place, but then again, if your husband is the only one who has to deal with it, who cares right? He probably won't be home until after the bars close anyways!

Beautiful inside and out. Minor things that stopped me rating it a 5 but would stay here over other places I've been
