บริการซ่อมโอเค แต่ปากทั้งพนักงานทั้งเจ้าของคือแบบเหมือนไม่มีการศึกษาอะ พูดจาห้วนไม่พอดุลูกค้าใส่อารมณ์ใส่ลูกค้า เหมือนลูกค้าควรรู้เรื่องรถเอง ถ้ารู้กูจะมาหามึงทำไม

เอารถไปเช็คหลังจากโดนชนพนักงานบริการเช็คเองไม่ให้ช่างมาเช็คให้เช็คไม่ละเอียดพอส่งซ่อมแล้วมาเจอของเสียหายทีหลังพนักงานไม่รับผิดชอบแถมติดต่อยาก

เจ้าของร้านบริการดีครับแต่ร้านร้อนมากๆเลยไม่เปิดแอร์หรือพัดรมเลยครับเข้าใจว่า เศรษฐกิจไม่ดี แต่ ลูกค้านั่งรอร้อนมาก

บริการแย่มากๆๆๆๆ ไม่สนใจลูกค้า ปล่อยให้รอ
พนักงานบริการพูดจา แบบว่า. แย่ คืออะไหล่เบิก
ของที่สั่ง กูเสียเงินน่ะ ไม่ได้ไปขอมึงฟรี หัดพูดจาให้เกียรติ ลูกค้าเค้าเอาเงินไปให้มึงน่ะ

มาถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องวันเสาร์คิวไม่ค่อยเยอะ รอไปประมาณ 40 นาที ในร้านค่อนข้างแคบ ที่นั่งไม่เยอะ บริการน้ำเปล่าต้องใช้แก้วร่วมกับคนอื่น

บริการแย่ ช่างเหมือนทำส่งๆ บอกอย่าง ทำอย่าง ไม่รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้า พูดแต่ว่าเป็นแบบนี้แหละ ปกติ พูดปัดปัญหา ไม่ถนอมรถ พนักงานว่าหยาบแล้ว เจ้าของร้านหยาบพอกัน น้ำเสียงบริการไม่มี ทีเดียวพอ

I am REALLY disappointed with the services I received in that shop.

I come to that shop for over 3 years now and I feel like they became worse.

Last week I brought my bike to the shop (MT 03), I came with a Thai person because I wanted to make sure they would understand my problem clearly if someone explain to them in Thai.

I told them that my chain makes a lot of noise like "clack clack clack" when I'm driving, so we ask them to check the bike and fix it.

They said "no problem we will do it"

Then the seller told me that my rear brake was almost gone so I would need to put a new one. I said ok, thank you to point it out to me and please install a new one.

3 hours later, I came back to get my bike, they said everything was done properly.

I left the shop and I almost had an accident because the rear break didn't work AT ALL! This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I brought back the bike to the shop and I asked them if they tried to bike before giving it back to me.they said " no we didn't try if the bike was working properly, we are sorry"

Why don't you check that the bike works fine before you tell me it's ok and ask me to pay for it?

The worst part is, that I brought my bike there, not to fix the breaks but to fix the chain. Of course they didn't try the bike so they didn't know what was wrong with the chain and now I still have the same problem.

I won't go there again to ask them to fix it because they will never take time to check what is wrong.

เข้าศูนย์นี้มาเกือบ3ปี คุณพี่ถ่ายแค่น้ำมันเครื่อง รู้ว่าลูกค้าเยอะ เช็คให้หน่อยเหอะ ถามอย่างเปลี่ยนอย่าง มาตรฐานยามาฮ่ามีแค่นี้หรือ

Sincere service and good technician so incredible but they have lot of customer to handle from there good service that's why i take 1 star back over all still great

ควรเปลี่ยนช่างเถอะค่ะศูนย์ดินแดง เช็ครถได้มั่วมาก โทรไปสอบถามราคาแบตเพราะต้องการเปลี่ยนแบต แต่รอบแรกช่างแจ้งว่าจุดอื่นเสีย รอบสองไปอีกให้เช็คแบตช่างก็แจ้งจุดอื่นเสียอีก สรุปไปสองครั้งรถอาการเดิมสองครั้งในวันเดียวกับที่ไปซ่อมไม่เคยได้ขับเลยซักวัน เสียเงินฟรี2รอบเกือบสามพัน โทไปแจ้งก็ได้แค่รับรู้แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบ สุดท้ายต้องเปลี่ยนศูนย์ที่อยู่ในเครือเดียวกัน ขอให้เค้าเปลี่ยนแบตให้ สรุปเปลี่ยนแบตแล้ว รถสตาร์ทติดปกติ ใช้งานได้ปกติไม่มีติดขัดทุกวันนี้ก้อยังใช้งานดีอยู่ค่ะ ค่าเปลี่ยนแบตแค่900จบ

พูดจาแย่มากกกก ไม่เหมาะสมกับงานบริการเลย
สอบถามราคารถ คิดให้ลวกๆ คิดผิดคิดถูก ถ้าไม่คิดตามจะไม่รู้เลยว่าคิดเกิน คิดค่าอะไรมากมาย รถก็ไม่ให้ดู จะเอาบัตรประชาชนท่าเดียว

จนไปซื้อr15เงินสดที่อื่น ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายยิบย่อย โอนฟรี ทุกอย่างจบ (บริการดีมาก พูดจาดีสุดๆ) แต่บังเอิญต้องเอามาเข้าศูนย์ที่นี่ เจอกับอีกคนก็ยังบริการแย่อยู่ดี พูดจาไม่ดี

I bought a scooter there (under my thai girlfriend's name).
At first when I arrived they didn't really took care of me, no smile. But after that, they were friendly.
Everything went good. They took care of the insurance and the papers for the new license plate.
I could leave the very same day with the scooter, even without license plate!
The license plate number from the administration took 2 weeks to be available.

น่าผิดหวังมาก คิดว่าที่นี้ดี แย่มาก ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก รถเปนรอยขูดแบบน่าเกลียด ใครคิดจะเข้าศูนย์นี้ คิดดีๆละกันครับ
