1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt

Came here many times but this year is my first time and they have some new dishes
I tried the spaghetti and it was really nice and delicious, specially the cheese and fried garlic
And they also allow for adding a scrambled eggs
What a flexible mind

Come here only if you really love tea and you are okay with paying 300+ baht for tea.

Be aware of 17% charge (service and VAT charge) on everything ordered on top of the already high prices. To reduce costs maybe it is worth to try the set menu.

Don’t come here if you are very hungry. It is a place to drink tea and chill.

The place is difficult to find if you are located in the 1st floor in the other side. In that case you need to go to 2nd floor, walk and then go down to the 1st floor on the other side.

Big fan of their tea line up and this cafe pairs it with excellent western style food. Very memorable afternoon tea.

Food is delicious. Tea is fragrant and a lot of varieties.
About 1000 baht for a tea tower for 1 person after service fee and VAT charges.

You can call and make a reservation for a window seat. Note that they don't see reservations made via Google

You can also just drop by for a table. The second time I've come I didn't need a reservation - 2pm on a Friday.

Great main dish and sweets, especially love for macaron.
Service here is also great.

ชาก็ดีตามมาตราฐานเลยครับ

เป็นร้านชาร้านโปรดร้านนึง scone อร่อยถูกใจ บรรยากาศสบายๆ ไม่พลุกพล่าน พนักงานบริการดีมาก

เป็นร้านชา และ อาหารตะวันตก ชื่อก็บอกความหมายของร้านอยู่แล้ว ที่ดังของที่นี่คือ Afternoon Tea ครับ เป็นตัวแทนชา Ronnefiltd อันโด่งดังของ เยอรมัน Ronnefeldt Redberries Fruit Tisane - Teavelope
ชารอนเนอเฟลด์ Ronnefeldt Red Berries - จากส่วนผสมของผลไม้ตระกูลเบอร์รี่ 4 ชนิด คือ RASPBERRY, BLACKBERRY, STRAWBERRY, BLACKCURRANT ให้รสชาติเปรี้ยวหวานสดชื่น ได้กลิ่นหอมจากเบอรรี่ มีรสเปรี้ยว เรียกว่า ชาที่แน่ๆ จะเป็นจาก Dargeeling ของ Dimah หรือ Twinnings เขาว่าสู้ไม่ได้ครับ
มา review อาหารกันครับ วันนี้มาทาน Lunchset ครับ มีหลายราคา ตามวัตถุดิบเริ่มที่ 490-1,190+ ผมสั่ง Smoked Gravlax Salad เป็น Starter ตามด้วย Tea Rubbed Pork Tenderloin และ blended Black Tea ของ Ronnefiltd อีก set หนึ่ง เป็น Smoked Gravlax Salad และ Resotto Seabass และ Blended Tea เช่นกัน (หอมชาและเครื่องเทศครับ) ก่อนจบใน set มี Thai Tea Ice cream เสริฟตอนจบ
แต่ ก็มีสั่ง dessert เพิ่มครับ เป็น Scone butter Ice cream
สำหรับสลัดนะครับ เป็นปลาแซลมอนรมควันรสชาตินุ่มหอมควัน เนื้อนุ่ม กับ baby rocket baby spinach beetroot ฯลฯ คลุกเคล้า น้ำสลัด Ceasar
Tea Rubbed Pork Tenderloin นั้นย่างมาเป็นทรงกลมนุ่มลิ้น มี beetroot ดองวางข้างใต้ มาบนน้ำ gravy อร่อย ลืมกลืนเลยครับ เคียงข้างด้วยมันบด และผัดยอดผักซึ่งไม่รู้ชื่อครับไม่เคยทานมาก่อน กรุบกรอบครับ
Resotto Seabass เป็นปลากะพงขาวในซ้อสที่ผัดมากับข้าวมีชีสราดอยู่ริมข้าว รสชาตินัวมากกลมกล่อมออกรสชาติชีสและเนย อร่อยมาก
ทุกท่านต้องมาทานนะครับ ไม่ผิดหวัง ราคาจาน a la carte เริ่ม 290-790 ยกเว้นเนื้อวัวนะครับ

A popular spot to rest your feet after all those shopping. Good quality food & beverage accompanied by attentive service.

Good place and fantastic service. I will coming for lunch also. Bangkok many peopleand place loss them previously service attitude. Only this Lounge still keep high stand service for all the customer.

Pricy place with high standard service serving excellent teas (a wide choice of selected fine teas) and good pastries. At peak periods, booking needed.

Good place to grab high tea. Grab a seat at the window to watch the hustle and bustle of the busy bangkok streets.

There are many varieties of tea tochoose from. The floor manager is very knowledgeable and can recommend the tea suit your preference. They also have afternoon tea set and small bites offer.
Their tea range from white green red and blck. Each type had various blend. So you can find one that most suit both your mood and palate.

A very cosy place for high tea. We ordered the high tea set for 1 w tomato soup. Peefect food. Tasty and well decorated. I am sure this is going to be my afternoon tea place always when in Bangkok!

ของหวานรสชาติดีค่ะ ไม่หวานจนเกินไป บรรยากาศร้านดีมาก ติดที่แสงถ่ายรูปยาก ต้องปรับแสงเยอะๆเลย

Eggs Benedict was good though the portion was rather small.toast didn't come with it though there was bread under the eggs.
