Security เกือบทุกคน ใน กะ กลางคืน ไม่มีน้ำใจ ไม่ให้การช่วยเหลือใดใด กับลูกบ้าน บางคนหลับ บางคน ดูหนังเสียงดัง ในขณะที่ลูกบ้านต้องการความช่วยเหลือ กลับ ไม่สนใจ เพราะคิดว่าตัวเองมีหน้าที่เฝ้า ก็นั่งเฝ้าเป็นเจ้าที่ อย่างเดียวเลย ขี้เกียจก็ควรกลับไปนอน

Spacious room and excellent location however it will be great if facilities are maintained better such as:

1. Swimming pool canopy ceiling needs to be fixed.
2. Tiles of floor and drain cover leading to swimming pool needs to be repaired.
3. Water in decorative pool between rooms are required to be switched on to allow circulation and prevent breeding of mosquitos.

Nice and relatively new Building holds a 7/11 Shop, two big Restaurants, Music bar with billard, Massage Spa, Laundry Shop and two Gyms one of them 24 Hour open.

It is forbidden to rent out privately by the day or by the week! Do not trust these chinese, indians english and thais owner, if they say they are not controlled, these are outlaws and must be punished, tourists also pay penalty if police check.
They are strictly controlled there, the sign is in front of the entrance of the building

The building is pretty old but apart from that, it's a great place. Good location, close to BTS.
There's a gym right outside and it's pretty cheap too.
Facility is good - there's a pool, gym and sauna.
Rooms are ok too. I have a nice bath tub.

Noisy.
They fix smth everyday at 11th floor so I can’t sleep here.
Old woman was so rude and unfriendly at 7th floor.
You should not live this condo.

Great location! Short walk to MRT Sukhumvit station, BTS Nana or Asok stations. Building has a very nice infinity pool, well equipped fitness room, saunas (wet and dry), plenty of parking, 3 fast elevators, 24 security, finger print scan locks, 7/eleven, massage shop, laundry shop, on the premises.

Good location and decent facility. 7-11 is just downstairs but condo staffs can be very slow in responding to request

The condo is relatively new and modern. 2-bedroom apartment can be rented for 28-30k. But for my taste apartments are small and weirdly planned, same with the swimming pool. Gym is awesome though. Location is pretty nice, only few minutes walk from Asok bts. Quiet and peaceful Soi considering the neighborhood.

Difficult to hang with friends there due to fingerprint entry system, card key would be better like most condos

This place is becoming a prison with all the rules. Unfriendly and bossy staff. What a waste of a good place.

I like to live here is quiet and close to everything, terminal 21, Soi cowboys, Soi11, how ever is a very touristic place, so no many local experience if you are looking for that. Another important thing. There is lost of cokarachnpe

5 min.walk to BTS station "Nana" 8 min.walk to BTS and MRT stations "Asok" Sukhumvit.
Best location, close to many restaurants, bars shopping center Terminal 21, Bamrungrad International hospital. Infinity pool, wet & dry saunas, very modern fitness room, club house with free wifi, 24hrs 7/eleven in the building.

Very convenient, close to Terminal21, Hotels, Restaurants, 7/11 just on the ground floor of the condo.

Very clean, central yet quiet, loved the pools and the 7/11 right next door was quite handy too! Will definitely go back
