Excellent after-sales service, the problem on my headphones was taken care of 100% despite being outside the warranty period.

Paid full price for mx4000 earbuds. The ANC broke weeks after owning them. Return. Process requires me to return them and wait two weeks for them to check if they're really broke instead of listening to them on site and replacing the 1 that the ANC broke on. Terrible feeling to pay full price and now not have the product due to a known issue with this product.

They have the latest sony phones and TVs and audio accessories - they do not have Sony AiBo in store.

Just go there when you know what you want, they can’t or don’t want to help. I really wanted to buy a camera for more than 65000bath but go somewhere else now

It was quite difficult to pre-order the PS5, but I truly lucked out because even with all the restocks certain retailers have had.it is still unbelievably hard to place the order. I hope anyone that still wants one gets one soon because it really is unfair that the gamers aren't able to land one whilst scalpers have thousands.

The PS5 has run beautifully and so intelligently from what I've experienced. The set up was of course easy and fast. The new UI is smooth and I definitely like it more than the old one on the PS4.

The Dualsense Controller is AMAZING. It is probably the next best thing (only second to the console itself) with the way it works. It's not as slippery like the Dualshock and feels great in hand. Even after hours of gaming, I did not feel any fatigue in my hands. The battery life is probably similar to its predecessor.

Overall, the console runs very smoothly and I have not experienced any sort of loudness with it. I do recommend when playing games, to choose performance over the resolution. You will absolutely get a higher FPS and I think it just runs a lot better that way.

Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to experience next gen even though we've just merely begun to play those games.

Anyways, however, the console has been great. No issues so far (Crosses fingers). No glitches (like many who don’t work in the tech field claim). I’ve tried plenty of PS4 games and they all work normal. I have Spiderman, 2K, COD and Valhalla and they are all good games. The adaptive triggers on the controller definitely stand out as a highlight. I turn them off for multiplayer in COD because they can be a distraction.

I’m sure the Xbox has some benefits, but I’m sticking with Sony. Hope everyone is able to get the console they want.

Honestly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the Sony service staff.
They went out of their way to help me with a specific and unique malfunction of my product.
At the end they solved my problem, I could not be more impressed and happy by the staff, thank you again guys!

Big store with quite a collection of everything. Service is poor. No helpful staff and they always close before time. No wonder Sony is in loss.

ไร้คุณภาพ ส่งหูฟังมาซ่อมกับศูนย์นี้เนื่อจากเสียงไม่ดัง ต่อมาโทรกลับมาถามอาการจากลูกค้า ด้วยคำถามประเภทเช่นฟังกับหนังเรื่องอะไร เพลงอะไร เป็นการสื่อถึงระดับความรู้อย่างมาก ไม่น่าเชื่อใจอย่างยิ่งว่าด้วยช่างความรู้แบบนี้ มันจะซ่อมอะไรได้ หลังจากนั้นไม่นานก็เรียกลูกค้าให้ไปรับ ด้วยเหตุผลว่าซ่อมที่ software แก้แล้วมารับได้ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ซ่อมไม่ได้ test อะไรสักอย่าง แค่ลูกค้ามารับทดสอบต่อหน้าก็ไม่ work แล้ว แถมยังตามมาด้วยการลองต่อนุ่นนี่เพื่อเอาตัวรอดหน้างานอีก ไม่รู้ว่าจะต้องมาเสียเวลากับเจ้านี้อีกกี้ครั้ง

กรุณา​ปรับปรุงทั้งทีมช่าง และฝ่ายบริการ อย่าทำงานยื้อเวลาขอไปที แล้วให้ลูกค้ามาเสียเวลากับเรื่องงี่เง่าแบบนี้

พนักงานที่นี่เยอะมาก ให้บริการเร็ว แยกโซนกับส่วนบริการ ส่วนบริการหลังการขาย ติดต่อตรวจเช็คเคลมสินค้าให้บริการเร็วดี มีจัดเรียงตามคิว มีที่นั่งรอ แต่ดูยากนิดนึงว่าถึงคิวไหนแล้ว ในกรณีที่เป็นวันหยุดเสาร์อาทิตย์ที่ลูกค้าเยอะๆนะ

ซื้อ Rx100mark6 ลองเช็คโปรมา. ซื้อกับโซนี่จะคุ้มสุดค่ะ
ต้องใช้บัตรเครดิต กรุงศรี ได้ลดเพิ่ม 3%
ของแถมมาได้เคสกล้อง 1 เซ็ท เมม64GB และได้แบตสำรองมาอีกก้อนนึง

ถือว่าคุ้มกว่าร้านอื่นที่เช็คมาค่ะ

พร้อมรับสิทธิ์ ซื้ออุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆในใบเสร็จเดียวกัน ลดอีก 50% คุ้มมากค่ะ พนักงานมีแนะยำสอนการใช้งานด้วย ถือว่าดีมากคะ (ถ้าซื้อรุ่นนี้ยังไงต้องซื้อขาตั้งกล้องด้วยนะคะ จำเป็นมาก)

มีพื้นที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่ ภายในจัดโซนไว้ชัดเจน หาของได้ง่าย
มีพนักงานบริการค่อนข้างเยอะ ของใหม่ๆ จะเข้าสาขานี้ไวมาก
สามารถเข้าไปแวะชม ทดลอง สอบถามสินค้าได้ตามความต้องการ

เวลาซื้อน่าจะบริการลูกค้าดีมาก แต่ตอนเอามาสินค้ามาส่งซ่อม ยังบริการไม่ดีพอ พนักงานยังขาดความรู้และไม่คิดช่วยติดต่อประสานงานให้ ไม่โทรมาตามนัด วิธีพูดกับลูกค้าทำให้รู้สึกเสียความรู้สึกและไม่อยากมาใช้บริการอีก

Edit: Got a lot better experience from a revisit to the store. Staffs are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly especially Mr. Rattanatrai TU. A product pickup experience was flawless. Change from 3 stars to 5.

Pros:
Staffs are very helpful.
All the time in the world to try Sony products uninterrupted.

Cons:
A repair experience with a female Repair service officer was horrendous.
Not all Sony products are on display, isn't this a flagship store?

นำเครื่องเล่น MP3 ไปเช็คเครื่อง จนท. ที่รับเรื่องที่ร้านโซนี่สาขาพารากอน พูดจาห่วยมาก ประเมินเองบอกว่าเมนบอร์ดพัง และแบตเตอรี่พัง แนะนำว่าไม่ควรซ่อม ให้ซื้อเครื่องใหม่ แต่พอเราไปรับเครื่องกลับมา ปรากฎเครื่องใช้ได้ปกติ แบตเต็ม (คาดว่าน่าจะเกิดจากสายชาร์ทของเราเสียมากกว่า) เครื่องใช้งานได้ปกติ แถมแบตก็เต็ม ใช้ได้ 5 วันถึงหมด พอขอใบรายงานผลจากช่าง ก็ไม่ให้ แถมยังพูดจาไม่ดีสุดๆ ค่ะ หน้าตาก็ไม่รับแขกเลย เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ห่วยสุดตั้งแต่เคยเจอมาค่ะ
