Excellent journey from Cairo to Hurghada. The address is indicated on the email confirmation. Simply tell your Uber and they will take you there. When you arrive there is an information desk. I went to see him, he confirmed that my electronic ticket was enough to get on the bus. He came to let us know when our bus was there. The journey went really well, silent on the bus apart from the horns but that's part of everyday life here so nothing disturbing. We had a break at a station of around 20 minutes. We did not have a passport check as we have seen in other comments. And arrived on time at 8 a.m. In Hurghada despite the fact that we had a flat tire on the road and the driver had to change his wheel
Unbeatable value for money. 7 hours on the bus isn't the most comfortable, but it's okay. We are taking GoBus again to go to Luxor in a few days

The driver arrived on time and got us safely to and from our destination. He offered to take pictures of us and I feel it was beyond a good customer service experience. The driver didn't need to do that and it was kind of him. Wished I had remembered his. Any thanks for the good experience.

I bought a bus ticket from Shimla to Chandigarh for November 10, it cost me more than 1600 ind whereas on Red Bus it is a maximum of 800 ind!

They lie with rubbish reasons of why your tickets were cancelled. I booked a ticket watch was tagged at instant purchase, the next day a few hours before departure I was informed they can't issue the ticket because men and women can't sit next to each other on a bus in Japan. What a liar - firstly I booked two tickets (we are a couple), secondly the bus is full of couples. Liars, simply liars. I believe the truth is, the bus ended up being full by the time they got around to manually purchasing the ticket, but in that case don't tag it as instant purchase and I'll go to another site. Don't waste your time here

Was looking at the tickets for a few weeks and the regulations was originally supposed to pick up the tickets but when i was booking the regulations changed to e ticket which was sent to our email! How convenient! We have a swift boarding experience and the whole place was clean and tidy even the toilet! My opposite passenger wanted the bed to be fix and as per request the staff assisted immediately. I was already sleep HAHAHAH the staff gently woke me up to fix the bed!
There is some awesome local food outside the train station which we ate for dinner. And i did ordered another meal when i was onboard and the portion of the meat was a lot! Do give it a try! Definitely was a good experience!

We bought tickets for 12go, the carrier canceled the flight due to weather conditions, the company did not warn, does not respond through support, it is not clear what to do. How do I change dates? Or a refund? Horrible attitude.

Probably one of the best cross country south east asia buses I've every experienced! They used McDonald's as the check in point for an easy to find spot, and then they walked us over to where the buses were since they couldn't fit in the street. Got on the bus, and after a while actually had an introduction of the services and timeline on the bus. Which was very comforting considering the reading I heard on crossing Thailand to Cambodia! Even had a 2nd person walk us through the Thailand-Cambodia border. And then pretty much on time we arrived in Siem Reap. Also, a welcome water, and snack and pretty decent wifi was great!

The van travel was very accurately on time. I truly appreciate that. I wish the driver of the van was given some training to be more polite and not rough. They were simply disrespectful and uncouth. Secondly it is strange and totally not acceptable that the front row seat is cramped with row of storage boxes right behind the driver seat and the front side seat of the driver. There is sheer nuisance that there is a row of plastic boxes for storage and that leaves little space for those unfortunate lot assigned the first row seat right behind the driver. This i felt was the case in each of the vans and shows tremendous disrespect to travellers and particularly tourists who are victims of seating in front row. I am also surprised that the van operators have devised a stupid and arrogant way to fool the customers.when you make the reservation online, one is not told about the five pages of rules and regulations to observe. I am sure most people make the booking and and find themselves horribly surprised as the confirmation email is received there is five pages of relentless arrogant rules that are just not tenable. Please check that out and see how reasonable for you to inform the passengers about do's and don'ts when the ticket has already been booked. This is totally unacceptable anywhere in the court of law.

Excellent! Everything was very smooth. We exchanged a couple of emails and just before departure received an email from 12go explaining everything. It was very good to know that there would be a 12go representative at the station. The ViceRoyII was an amazing experience, I do not regret at all the extra that we had to pay for it. The staff was very nice and helpful with my 1 year boy that also loved the expereince. Highly recommended

It’s my first time traveling in Thailand. Since Im traveling for a month, I wanted take other alternatives than flying. My first booking was a train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Though the train itself wasn’t comfortable, the booking process was easy. 12go gives easy yet detailed instructions. After that, I booked a roundtrip bus and ferry from Surat Thani to Koh Phangan. The bus and ferry were on time and comfortable.
I will recommend this company to all my friends and connections!

I booked with 12go online to go from Siem Reap Airport (Cambodia) to Noibai Airport (Vietnam).

The online purchase and check-in at the airport was clear and straightforward. We pre-paid for our luggage and we’re under the maximum weight allowed so no problem there. They allowed us to bring a guitar and ukulele as carry-on in addition to our small backpacks at no extra charge (yay!). The flight left on time, arrived early and the flight attendants were all friendly and accommodating (we saw a few empty rows of seats behind us and after take-off moved there and had room to sprawl.)

Great service - picked up at 9.10am in Ao Nang and arrived on Koh Lanta at 12.00pm. The bus had air con and enough room for the full bus loads luggage. Would definitely recommend - it was worth the extra money to get dropped off right at our accommodation!

I used this company for trip from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai. No problem purchasing online, but I never did receive my eticket for the bus, just a receipt. I was able to get the actual paper ticket at the bus depot from the bus company I had bought from, so it was all good.

Nice and correct service by email and at the office. With the correct directions we could find the office easily. The office is indeed just opposite the railway station. Our plane was delayed, but because so close, we didn't get in any trouble. Thanks a lot!

Traveling first class it had a few more amenities than 2nd - in cabin sink, TV, but relatively small quarters shared with a stranger. He was a nice fellow luckily. The upper north I chose was cramped and uncomfortable considering this was first class - thin mattress no privacy curtain. The room certain had a closing door and our cabin was near the bathroom - never a wait or a crowd. Food offered was no different from second class. The staff was extremely nice and solicitous. Withal I like the charm and convenience and spending my sleeping hours arriving in a new city hundreds of miles away. But there are cheap flights from Chiang Mai.

Booked through 12go Asia to go from Bangkok to Koh Phangan. The sleeper train was clean and comfortable. The service is great. Someone comes around to make the beds, so everyone gets a collective sense of when it’s time to sleep. They come round with coffee for 60baht in the morning so you know when it’s time to wake up. Good coffee too! A comfy pillow. Nice blanket. Air con, so not too warm and not too chilly. Take a jumper and some socks though! Oh, and the lights are quiet bright even with curtains closed. I was on upper berth so probably worse up top! Eye mask recommended. There’s a restaurant as well. So don’t get fooled/ripped off by people coming round selling food at a station stop. You might pay over the odds and it might not be good! Would defo do this again.

Booking through 12go Asia was also very easy and organised. Made the whole thing hassle free.

It was easy to get the coach to the very port at the other end. The whole thing is very efficient.

The katamaran is a nice experience. At that point you really feel like you’re leaving city living behind.

Tip - the most stressful part was getting to the train station in Bangkok during rush hour. There can be big queues for tickets, and trains are very busy. So leave plenty of time! Or get there before the end of day rush starts!

Night train and 12go ticket pickup very good. Probably the only way to book train tickets in advance, the train website itself is a nightmare.

All very well, with the unfortunate exception that the lady in charge at the desk, ground floor, exit gate 8, at Suvanabhumi Airport is exceptionally rood, uninterested, speaks English poorly and gives completely unclear instructions where to wait for the bus
